There was sideway the entire way and underground walkway when one needed to cross the busy street. It was plenty safe.
As such, it would not be necessary for him to waste his perfect good time in the morning to drive this child to school.
That being said, when it got colder out or when it was pouring rain, he might be able to drive and drop the child off at school.

Half way through what he was saying, Su Han froze.
Then, he looked at Lu Shao sharply.

Before Su Han could finish what he was saying, he was interrupted by Lu Shao’s laugh.
“Your mom and I are a legally wedded couple and we get along very well. As such, we can do whatever we want together,” said Lu Shao affirmatively as his lips curved.
Lu Shao did not elaborate but Su Han seemed to have got his subtext. His eyes widened.

“These are matters between the adults. They are not for you to think about or be concerned about.” Lu Shao interjected before Su Han could say anything else and ended that topic of discussion.
“We are here. Now head to your class.” Lu Shao stopped some 100~200 meters from his school entrance and said to Su Han.
Noticing that they were still a bit of distance from the bustling front entrance of the school, Su Han raised his brows.
“Oh, so you don’t want to drop me off at the front of the school now?” said Su Han as he gave Lu Shao a provoking look.
Lu Shao merely answered his question with another question nonchalantly, “Are you that young?”
Su Han, “!”
“You are young!” Su Han retorted coldly.
“Tsk. I don’t care about that at all.” Snickering, he couldn’t care less about this Lu guy anymore. He just walked toward the entrance of his school coolly carrying his book bag with him.
Lu Shao snickered Su Han was some distance away.
Did he really think that didn’t notice? The closer they were to the school, the more nervous Su Han looked.
Lu Shao, too, had been there once.
He had, after all, been there once himself. He couldn’t quite say what the reason was. Perhaps boys that age always have the sense to be independent and really care about their images to others. They would not want to be seen dropping off by their parents.
That was the reason that Lu Shao did not go all the way to the school with Su Han.
He did, however, waiting until he saw Su Han walking inside the school before he turned and left.

Su Han, on the other hand, heard an exclamation from the goofballs Du WenTao and Liu Yangyang.
“By golly, Brother Han, how come you are here so early today?” Liu Yangyang walked over with a look of surprise when he saw Su Han approaching his seat. He then said, “The only reason I am here so early today is because I had to crash at Du WenTao’s last night. How did you get here so early, Brother Han?”
Su Ran and Su Han’s old apartment was a bit of a distance from their school plus Su Han had the important responsibility of making breakfast in the morning. As such, Su Han would not normally get to school too early.
Nevermind about comparing to someone like Du WenTao, who lived very close to the school.
Owing to Du WenTao, it was the first time that Liu Yangyang was able to get to school this early. He never would have expected that Su Han would arrive within a few seconds of him.
Did Su Han’s father found the luxurious sports car too slow and drop their Young Master Han off in a helicopter?
