The thing is, even though Agron is a primordial demon king, he was just an underling for Igunuz and since Igunuz knew that there would be no retaliation from the grey dwarves, he limited the army of the five demon kings in the grey dwarves' world.
Only 100 elite demon generals and a few thousand demon generals and the lower level demons, could have less than a million low-level demons each.
Basically, that army was just for a show and with that army, Igunuz knew that those five demons can't enhance their power to take over the grey dwarves' world for themselves.

Next, he swung the demon king's sword more than a dozen times releasing many sword waves of around 10 meters in different directions, killing the scattered demons.

Volcanis didn't give any time for the demons to take a breath as he directly used his most powerful skill that burned all the elite demon generals to burn into nothing along with the severely injured demon generals.
From start to end, Ajax only used two skills along with a dozen simple sword waves and he was able to destroy the complete demon army.
