The girl has a fair complexion, a young face with delicate features, and a curvy figure with her most striking feature was the flowing scarlet hair that reaches down to her shoulder blades with her bangs covering her left eye.
She had many feline features, having yellow eyes with vertically slitted pupils and pronounced, cat-like teeth,

She was wearing a standard chef dress in blue color as she walked into the room before sitting on the empty seat right in front of Leo,
She was Rindou Kobayashi, the owner of this restaurant, this island's best chef, and the one Leo was investigating,
"Indeed, it was the best meal I have ever eaten, and you must be Rindou Kobayashi," Leo replied with a sunny smile,
Leo was also shocked by her abruptly arrival, but he didn't let it show on his face as even if he was not expecting to meet her here,
"Oh, and how did you know that," Rindou asked with a playful smile on his face,
"Well, almost all the people I have met and talked with say that Miss Rindou is the most beautiful person on this island while also being the best chef on this island," Leo mentioned with a smile,
"And you agree with them," Rindou replied with a teasing look in his eyes,
"No, if it was before I met you, I would have just taken their words, but now I couldn't help but disagree with them now, as you are clearly the most beautiful girl and the best cook I have seen in my life," Leo replied with a straight face,
"Awww, that's so sweet of you," Rindou said with a shy look on his face before it quickly turned into a playful one as she asked him, "So, are you not going to propose to me now,"
But after seeing the deadpan look on Leo's face, she huffs and muttered, "Your loss, but just you know, I was going to say yes to you,"
Leo completely ignores his muttering and asks him, "Can I know why someone as important as you wants to meet us,"
"I might be influential in this town, but I am nowhere as strong as you, as you even react to my unique perception skill," Rindou replied with a serious look on his face,
"Isn't it just Observation Haki," Zoro spoke for the first time since she entered the room,
"So, my perception skill is called Observation Haki, and from his tone, this skill is something that can be learned by others, right," Rindou asked with a glint in his eyes,
"Most likely, but there are still lots of strange things in this world, so who knows, maybe it is some other ability," Leo explained in an uncertain tone,
'But I have a feeling that it is just observation haki, not any other skill,' Leo thought while maintaining his smile on his face,
"Zoro, can you leave us alone for some time as I want to talk about something personal," Leo asked him with a solemn expression on his face because he didn't want to talk about this in front of him,
"Alright," Zoro didn't ask anything less after seeing his expression as he just walked out of the room,
"Awww, so you were feeling shy in front of your friend, so you sent him away, and now wants to say your feeling for me," Rindou said with a mischievous smile on his face,
"No, I just want to introduce myself and ask you some questions," Leo explained his intentions,
At which she just nodded his head and asked, " Then why don't you go first, as I don't even know your full name, while you already know a lot about me,"
"Alright, then my name is Nova Leo, and I am from a country called japan," Leo introduced himself while gazing at Rindou for any reaction,
"WHAT!" Rindou exclaimed in astonishment, as the shock was too big for her,
As someone reborn in this world with his previous life memories, Rindou doesn't know what to do, as this world is totally different from his previous one,
In his previous one, she was just a chef and explorer, but here in this world, giant sea creatures and pirates are roaming the sea, and because of these, you can just forget about exploring the world for new food ingredients without sufficient strength,
And if this wasn't enough, then there are superpowers in this world, like his perception skill which she is born with, and who knows if there are more types of powers in this world,
She always thought that she would live his whole life in her hometown while working as a chef,
But she never thought that she would ever meet someone that knew about his previous world, let alone that she is a reincarnated person,
"From your reaction, I can see that you know which Japan I am talking about," Leo asked as he just wants to hear this from his mouth because, in his mind, he had already decided that she was a reincarnated person,
"How do you know about Japan, and are you like me, a reincarnated person," Rindou asked in a hopeful tone,
"Well, I have some memory of my previous life, but I don't remember all of it must, just little tidbits, and in those memories, I saw some of the dishes you have created, and that is why I what to confirm this with you," Leo expressed his thoughts to him,
"You had it rough then," Rindou said while casting an empathetic look toward him,
"So, what your cheat, because I always thought that mine was the perception skill that I was born with, but I guess it is not that's great if everyone can just learn it," Rindou asked while having a downcast look on his face in the end,
"No, it is a very useful gift because, with this, you can smoothly become a powerful Observation Haki user, or maybe even a master in it," Leo tries to comfort him, but it's not like he is lying about it because anyone born with his Observation Haki unlocks will have a very best talent in that regard,
So for them to reach Advanced Level in Observation Haki will be extremely easy, but Master Level, that even Leo doesn't know how hard it will be for them to achieve it,
"Thanks for your comforting words," Rindou replied with a stiff smile as she was clearly underestimating the power of Advanced Level Observation Haki,
'So, what if I can achieve Advanced and Master Level in it, as it will only increase my sensing range, nothing more than that,' Rindou thought,
"From your expression, I can see that you are thinking, 'So, what as it will only increase my sensing range, nothing more than that, right,'" Leo asked while smiling at his shell-shocked face,

"No, I can't read your mind or anything, and I just took a guess based on your expression that time,"
"And just to let you know that a person can use telepathy, future sight, and many other things when Observations Haki reached Advanced and Master Level, so, now tell me, is your gift good enough or not," Leo asked while leaning backward on her seat,
"Okay, that's pretty powerful, but you didn't even tell me what's your gift," Rindou asked him again,
