"Pretty fancy office you got here," Kate said while sitting on one of the chairs.
"It is alright, but we are not here to talk about my office, right Mister Soulless," Leo replied while gazing into his eyes while having a constant smile on his face.
Kate's face flashed through a mirage of emotions as he heard him calling that.
Kate asked with a gentle smile on his face. "I haven't heard that name in a while, so why should a youngster like you know it?" his eyes showed that he was clearly holding back from attacking Leo.
"And I don't, at least not until you join my crew," Leo says while relaxing in his chair. "You know my crew card has a notable function that most of the crew does not know."
"It let me know about their past professions," Leo says with a grin slowly forming on his face, "So, imagine my surprise when a former big pirate of New World joined my crew."
"I can imagine that, but just to make things clear between us, my daughter should not know about it, okay," Kate said with a scary look in his eyes.
"Don't worry, I will not tell anyone about it," Leo said while raising both his hands before asking, "So, you will not travel with us, right?"
Kate says, "I certainly do not wish to travel with you all," before a flash of sadness passes through his eyes. "At the moment, I am just a simple merchant."
When Leo saw this and quickly tried to change the topic of the conversation,
"So, do you have any tips for us, as we are all new to this?" Leo asked.
And just like that, they continue to take about more things for a few more minutes,

When he saw Kate leave the ship, he had a very happy expression on his face.
Rindou asked Leo the question that was plaguing the minds of everyone on the crew, "So, what did you talk about with my father for that long?"
"Oh, nothing much," Leo says while waving his hand, "we just talk about a business that could profit us,"
"Oh, and what type of business opportunity are you talking about?" Rindou asked with a curious expression on her face.
"You know the berries from Pokeshop?" Leo says with a calm expression on his face, "we could make a tremendous profit by selling them at a high price,"
'It is technically not a lie as we did talk about this and how much profit we can make from this,' Leo thought while chuckling in his mind.
"Hmm, it is a clever idea as those berries could become an exotic fruit as we are the only ones that could supply them in this world," Rindou said with a thoughtful expression on her face.
"Are they any good?" Nami asked with a curious look on her face.
"They taste fantastic," Leo said before he took out some oran berries and distributed them to the crew. "Here, have a taste,"
After saying that, Leo pops one in his mouth, "No matter how many times I eat this, it still feels so magical,"
"Wow!"
"Yummy!"
Rindou said, sneaking her hand towards the rest of the berries, "It always gives me a feeling of refreshment, no matter how many times I eat them."
After a few more minutes of enjoying berries in silence, Carian curiously asked, "So, what will be the price of these berries?"
"It will depend on the berries, but you don't have to worry because as a member of this crew, you will get a reasonable price,"
Hearing this, Carina just nodded her head, but Nami asked a question, "Can you still tell me the exact price?"
He replied, "Well, for crew members it's 100 berries each, and for outsiders, it's 1,000 berries apiece," with a gentle smile on his face.

'What a bloody capitalist,' All of them thought at the same time.
"But, wait, wouldn't it be counterproductive to sell them at this price?" Carina asked with an uncertain expression, "I mean, if we sell them at this high price, sooner or later, people will try to grow them so they could also make a profit with it?"
"Oh, I am sure of it but too bad for them, these berries cannot be grown in this world," Rindou replied with a shrug, "We have already tried doing that,"
"Well, let's leave trade talks aside," Leo says before he turns his gaze toward Nami and Carina. "Are we all ready to set sail?"
"Yes, captain," Carina and Nami shouted together,
"Finally," Zoro muttered under his breath,
"Yay, for our first adventure, we are planning to save some islands while grilling some fish," Rindou shouted excitedly.
"So, Nami, I will leave the navigation to you, and you just tell me how fast you want to go, Okay!" Leo asked, at which Nami just nodded her head before walking toward the wheel,
"I didn't tell you about black pearl features, did I?" Leo asked with a sigh. He didn't recall telling them about it.
"I don't think so," Nami replied as Carina nodded in agreement.
"Alright, so listen," Leo explained all the features of the ship to them,
"So, it is super durable, super fast, and can move on its own," Carina mumbled.
While Nami was just too shocked to speak,
"And it can heal itself, but yeah, that's it," Leo said with a nonchalant expression on his face.
"I... I am about to set the course," Nami said while trying to escape the conversation as she did not have enough brain cells left to listen more about these things,
"I'm also coming," Carina said, wanting to stay in the company of the only normal person on the crew.
Watching them run toward the wheel, Leo turned his gaze toward the remaining members.
"So, who wants to go and train together?" Leo asked Zoro, who was just quietly drinking in the corner with Levi.
"Finally, I was getting bored," Zoro replied as he quickly stood up, not even looking drunk.
"I am also coming," Rindou said before snapping at them when she saw their shocked faces. "What, it is not like we have much to do on the ship other than train and pastime while talking about random things."
"It is true," Zoro nodded in agreement as he has nothing to do other than train or fight some idiots who try to raid their ship.
"Maybe we should take up some gaming or some other hobby for some pastime," Leo replied as he searched through his memories to see if he could recreate any games as a hobby.
"Yeah, how about cards?"
"What about chess?"
"What is chess?"
"We can decide that later," Leo said as they entered the training room. "Let's get some training done before we fight the Arlong pirates."
