"I am also trying my best here," Take replied in a frustrated tone while continuing to whistle to call her. Still, all his efforts could have been more fruitful as that stupid fish was not responding to his signals, as if she was no longer in this area.
Both of them have been waiting for Momoo for approx two hours now, but there is still no sign of her appearing.
And this only further annoyed Zoro, and the only saving grace for him was that Leo had sent some booze to him by crew card. Therefore, he has enough booze for him to stay here.

"So, this is the 16th branch of Marine," Leo murmured as he gazed at a spheroidal blue building with a mouse head on top of it with 16 written on it.
As only two of them were on this trip to the Marine base, Nami asked nervously, "So what will you do with them?"
Right now, both of them are standing on Black Pearl's front deck as they look at the Marine base in front of them.
Leo was also in a dilemma hearing her question, as he only had two plans to accomplish this. One just sneaks into the base and kills Nezumi and ends this.
While his other plan was to make Nezumi a member of his crew.
Both plans have their pros and cons, but he just needs to find out which one will be the better choice.
Even if he killed Nezumi without altering anyone, who can guarantee that the next captain of this branch will not extort money from the village or do something else terrible?
Having Nezumi join the crew as a Subordinate Crew Member has some benefits and has no risks.
"It will depend on how he behaves," Leo replied after some thought as he left this choice to him, so whether he would live or die would depend on his performance.
Nami simply shook her head at his reply, as she knew her captain had his own plans.
She watched him bring out a bag filled with something round from his crew card before pulling an even smaller sack from it. This helped him put the rest of it back inside.
"What is this captain?" Nami asked with a curious expression on her face as she gazed at the small bag in wonder while thinking about how it would help him find out how Nezumi behaved.
"Oh, nothing much. It is just the head of a pirate with a 5 million bounty on him." Leo replied nonchalantly.
"F-five million beli," Nami muttered with an awestruck expression on her face.
One must know that five million Belis is not a tiny amount. An average person can only collect this much money in ten years of working in a typical job.
Nami knows how difficult it was for her to collect her first five million beli when she first started collecting them to repurchase her village from Arlong.
It took her robbing many people to even get this much money, while her Captain Leo was casually taking out a bounty equivalent to five million easily.
"How many... how many more bounties do you have?" Nami asked in a low voice.
Leo answered, "Not much, just three more bounty rounds of 5 million and one of 8 million." Before beginning to walk toward the Marine base.

After leaving Nami on the ship, Leo simply entered the Marine base and promptly found a Marine who was rude at first. After learning that he is a bounty hunter with a bounty of over five million to exchange, his attitude quickly changes, bringing him to the branch head, Captain Nezumi.
"Captain Nezumi, he is a bounty hunter that has come to claim a 'bounty' of over five million," the marine said while putting extra emphasis on the word bounty.
After hearing his introduction, Nezumi's eyes light up as a rat-like smile appears on his face for a brief moment before it becomes a gentle smile as he looks at Leo.
"Thanks for bringing him here, Mark, but now you can leave." Captain Nezumi said as the marine named Mark saluted him before exiting the room, leaving both of them alone after hearing this.
"So, my name is Nezumi, the head of this Marine branch," Nazumi introduced himself before asking, "So, whose bounty have you brought because there are not many pirates with a bounty over 5 million in this sea."
As he pulled out Gray's head from his bag with his bounty poster, Leo replied, "This guy's name was Grey the Hammer."
Nezumi's face is filled with almost genuine concern after he looks at Gray's head.
"Now, I have good news for you and a not-so-good one for you, so which one do you want to hear first?" Nezumi asked while looking at him in sympathy.
"A good one," Leo replied with an uncertain expression on his face as he tried to play the part of an inexperienced bounty hunter.
"A good one," Nezumi says with a nod. "The good news is that this head is real, as well as the bounty."
"But, the bad news is that you cannot cash in on this bounty now," Nezumi said in a tone full of pity.
'So, that's how you want to do it,' Leo thought as he heard this.
"B-but why, did you just say that this bounty is real and everything is okay?" Leo asked with a furious expression on his face, "do you even know how challenging it was to hunt him? I also died fighting him."
"I know fighting those pirates is challenging, especially for a lone bounty hunter like you, but my hands are tied," Nezumi says while shaking his head. "Someone else has already cashed this bounty at some other branch, and I have just received the news that his bounty is now canceled."
'So, that's your game to scam an inexperienced bounty hunter.'
"How can someone else claim his bounty when I have hunted him and have his head with me?" Leo screamed in outrage.
"I don't know, my boy, I don't know, but I also can't do anything about it," Nezumi said with a sympathetic expression on his face.
"Now, if you don't have anything else to add, then please leave."
