(A day later)
Sixis Island is a deserted island with hardly any to no wildlife on it.
But two young men can be seen desperately trying to make a raft.
"Are you sure this raft will be able to carry us out of the island?" one of them said as he looked at the raft they had created to escape the island?
That young man has spiky long blue hair and a mask over his eyes.
"Na, don't worry about it, Dan. It will surely get us out of here," another young man said in a jovial tone.
He had curly black hair and some childish freckles on his face, along with an orange hat.
"I am just nervous about it, Ace. The currents are pretty strong around this island, and we don't know if this raft can handle them," Masked Dan said while looking at the sea.
"And here I thought you loved adventure, Dan," Ace jokingly replied as they finally finished assembling the raft.
"I do, Ace, I still do, but to have an adventure in the sea, we must escape this island alive," Dan replied as they both pushed the raft into the water.
They had been trapped on this island for a few days now. With a strong round current around the island and having no ship, they were pretty much stuck here.
Well, they were, but then they found this weird fruit that tasted absolutely horrible, but it gave Ace the power to create and control fire.
Thus, they plan to use Ace's new power to push the raft with enough force to pass these strong currents and leave this island.
"Wait, Dan... is that a ship... and it is coming toward this island, right?" Ace asked in a confused tone as he saw a ship on the horizon, and it was moving in their direction at a pretty fast speed.
"I-it looks so, Ace." Masked Dan replied with a relief look on his face, but anyone could see wariness in his eyes.

The black pearl finally sighted the island of Sixis as it cruised toward it at a moderate speed.
It's been a day since they left Nami's village and started traveling toward Sixis Island. It was their luck that Nami had a map with Sixis Island marked.
So, they quickly traveled and reached this island in a day.
"Captain Leo, we will reach the island in just a few minutes, and just like you said, there are two men on the beach, but they seem to be pushing a raft in the sea," Nojiko reported to Leo by crew card while sitting in the crow's nest of the ship as this is her temporary position in the crew.
"Good job Nojiko," after a few moments of silence, Leo's voice came from the card.
"Well, I might get down now," Nojiko muttered to herself before she used the ropes to slide down to the deck.

All the crew members on the Black Pearl were on the deck looking at the two young men standing on the beach as it approached the island.
'So, they really built a raft. That means Ace has already eaten the flame fruit,' Leo thought. He saw a makeshift raft on the beach. 'No biggie, even if I had found the flame fruit myself. I would have given him... only if he was part of my crew.'
'Still not a loss. I just have to make sure he joins me.'
"So, those two are the ones you want to recruit, huh?" Rindou said as she just gave them a quick glance before returning to her work.
"I don't think you need my help with this, so I'm out."
"Same with me. I'm too weak to be of any use."
"Me too."
"I am too weak to help with this kind of thing, so I will stay here."
Leo just stares at them with a blank look on his face as all the girls state their excuses before turning to Zoro and saying. "Guess that's kinda true, so it's just you and me again, buddy."

"So, that guy with a hat is Ace, the son of pirate king Roger?" Zoro asked before he used Observe on them with his crew card.

"Yes, he is, but take his mother's name instead of his father," Leo replied before jumping off the ship to the beach.
Zoro also followed him as he was curious to see how Leo would get him to join the crew.
When Ace and Dan saw two boys of their age jumping out of the ship.
Ace confidently walks toward them without any fear as he has confidence in his newly acquired power that they won't be able to even touch him.
"Yeah, guys, can you give us a ride to the next island? Our ship crashed on this island, and now we are stuck here, so could you help us out?" Ace said in a hopeful tone.
Leo looks at him for a few seconds before a kind smile appears on his face before saying, "Sure, I would love to help you, Ace."
'Thank God, they are ready to help us. Otherwise, I would have to steal their shi... wait, did he just call me Ace? But I didn't even give him my name yet,' Ace thought as he instantly got on guard while some flames appeared on his body threateningly.
"How do you know my name?" Ace asked threateningly while Dan picked a log to fight.
Seeing this, Zoro jokingly said, "Sure, Leo, tell him how you know his name."
Throwing an unamused glance at Zoro before looking back at him, Leo said, "I know almost everything about you, Ace, well, almost everything."
"..."
"Na, just kidding. I just heard him calling you that," Leo said with a chuckle while pointing at Dan.
"Oh, then sorry for reacting like that," Ace said as the flame varnished from his body, but he still had his guard up.
"No biggie!"
"So, can you give us a ride to some populated island?" Ace asked again.
"Sure, I can help, but why don't we make this more thrilling with a bet?" Leo said with a gentle look on his face.
"No, no, man. There is no need for a bet; we just want to get off this island." Ace denied his idea as he just wanted to get off this island and not participate in some silly bet.
"Even if I tell you where Sabo is," Leo said as a smug look appeared on his face.
"Sabo is dead, and how do you even know about him?" Ace questioned with his eyes narrowed as the flame started to flare on his body.
"Didn't I already say that I know many things?" Leo says before a playful look appears on his face. "And are you sure Sabo is dead because I know he is very much alive?"
"But that's not the real question here. The real question is whether or not you want to know where he is."
