"There is no need to ask him. That pirate is headed that way," Garp said while pointing in that direction.
"Okay, sir," Smoker said before taking off in that direction.
Leo simply looks while Smoker flies in that direction before turning his full attention back to Garp.
"And you should stay here and clear some of my doubts, brat," Garp said with a slight smile on his face.
'Let's just hope I can survive this,' Leo thought as he got into his fighting stance.
Garp doesn't react to him getting ready to fight, as any person that doesn't know Haki is not a threat to him.
It is rare to find anyone in this sea who knows of Haki, let alone used to.
'But since this brat is so eager to fight, let's show him the horror of the grand line.' As Garp thought, he did not want his grandson to lose his life because his captain underestimated the grand line.
"Ho ho, already getting ready to fight. Let's see how strong you are to become Ace captain," Garp said before disappearing from his view.
Seeing this, Leo quickly started to transform into his hybrid form since he needed to use his full power from the start if he wanted to survive. Even a single punch was enough for him.

At the same time, he finished transforming. A powerful punch slammed on the back of his head, sending him flying as he crashed into a few buildings before stopping.
"So, you have also eaten a devil fruit and a strong zoan one at that?" Garp asked as he walked toward the place where the crash happened.
But after hearing no response from him, Garp muttered to himself with a disappointed look on his face, "And here I thought he could handle this much. What a disappointment."
But suddenly, on his instincts, he jumped backward as a claw covered in electricity barely missed his face.
Garp quickly used Soru to disappear and reappear a few meters backward as he took a serious look at the attacker.
Standing at that place was Leo in his hybrid form, with electricity covering his whole body like a second skin.

Garp was shocked as his advance observation Haki failed to warn him of an attack that could harm him.
"You sure hit hard, old man, but your fist wouldn't work against me," Leo said as more electric arcs started to appear on his arms and legs before rushing toward him.
"Haha, there is nothing in this world on which my fist wouldn't work, and you are about to find it out, brat," Garp replied while cracking his knuckles.
'My attack didn't even hurt him a tiny bit. It was like my fist had no effect on him at all. Maybe his fruit gives him physical immunity without using Haki, like Logias.' Garp thought as he dodged his electric-covered claw before punching him with half his strength without applying Haki to test it.
Leo was once again sent flying into the buildings by his punch.
But just a few seconds after being sent flying, Leo gets up without any injury and starts to rush toward him again without saying anything. This time, an icy aura covers his claws.
"So you really do have it," Garp muttered as he saw Leo getting up from his punch without any injuries or discomfort.
But this didn't discourage him at all. Instead, a grin started to form on his face after seeing it.
"But it doesn't matter. I just have to show you that you are not invincible because of it," Garp said while his fist turned metallic black as his Armament Haki covered his fist.
The moment Leo appears in his range of attack, Garp immediately throws a punch-covered Haki.
Leo, as if anticipating this attack, tries to dodge it. However, Garp seems to know he will try this and is one step ahead of him. Another punch from Garp, covered in the same metallic black, came and slammed into his stomach.
Leo only flew a few meters backward this time, but anyone could see that he was more injured as blood could be seen escaping out of his mouth.
'He held back this time. The attack power behind this one was weaker than the previous one.' Leo thought as he got up from the ground before splitting some blood from his mouth.
A large amount of electricity started to cover his hands and legs again as he rushed towards him again with the intention of fighting in close combat.
Seeing this, a smile appears on Garp's face as he dashes toward him.
When they meet, Leo throws a powerful hook with his right arm, which Garp blocks quickly and then counterattacks by sending his fist toward Leo's face.
Still, as if anticipating this, Leo narrowly dodged his fist before moving his left palm toward him. A large sphere made of electricity quickly generated and shot from his hand toward Garp at point-blank range.
Garp noticing that it was impossible to dodge this, decided to defend against it by covering his whole body in Armament Haki. As the sphere slammed into him, a massive explosion occurred.
The nearby buildings started to shake due to the shock waves released by the explosion.
Due to being extremely close to the explosion, Leo was sent flying a few meters away by the shock waves.
But getting up unharmed by shock waves despite being extremely close to the explosion, Leo looked at that place as the smoke slowly cleared.
During the explosion, a crater was formed a few meters in diameter. In the center of this crater, Garp stood unharmed, his body covered in his metallic black Haki.
