Various hundred-man commanders cried out as the guardians formed the first defensive line amongst and the second. Damon watched from a distance as their bodies glowed various colors as countless guardian level spells were cast and even the Oracle class mages amongst them cast some defensive spell on them.

The struggling guardians suddenly stepped to the side and stopped defending. The surging vampires were caught off guard as the first line of attack, tripped into the enemy side of the battlefield. Their friends could only watch in horror as the shields went back up and the defensive line was recreated, making sure those still outside couldn’t help those within.
Cries could be heard as the lancers behind the guardians didn’t hesitate to pull their weapons and decapitate the fallen enemies!

The vampires smashed into the shields again and the same struggle repeated itself. With the enemy forces still charging forward, those in front had no other choice but to keep pushing against the defensive walls and have their numbers taken down.
It was a slow process but Tristan’s forces were winning while taking absolutely zero damage!
“To command an army you need to earn their respect and trust! I hope you understand” Cage who was seated on his steed behind Damon spoke.
His eyes were on what was happening on the front lines but he still made some time to lecture Damon.
“Everyone take a step back, assume formation!” Suddenly a voice boomed but it was within the burning forbidden palace!
Hearing his words the entire army frowned and the surging vampire and fox spirit army began to retreat while taking battle formation!
Soon they stood like no army, just that the atmosphere became tense! These enemies that once acted like monsters when racing down finally calmed down!

“Tank! Break their defensive line!” The voice boomed and quickly a figure shot forward through the crowd ahead!
Vampires and fox spirits moved out of the way as the seven feet tall vampires began sprinting forward and its body revealed a red glow!
It’s a normal run that soon burst into a full sprint and even more! Tristan who sat on his horse and watched frowned at this and didn’t even bother speaking again!

With each step Tank took, he became more fierce and formidable!

Countless inhuman cries could be heard across the battlefield as more burly vampires like tank replicated his actions and began charging at other defensive lines across the battlefield and a fierce battle began!
“Pull back the wounded, have the second defensive line move in front! Don’t let the enemy penetrate too deep!” Cage roared with a fierce look in his eyes as he watched Tank bulldoze his way through his forces, almost making it to the second defensive line!

The army behind him cheered merrily for his victory but he didn’t care about that now! He could even feel another tattoo getting drawn on his body, yet all his focus was on the attacking forces!
