He doesn't think Shieldon can really win against one of the 4 Pokemon in a fight. Maybe in the next tournament where he is already in his final form Is it possible and makes sense for him to participate.
Scizor looked at Crobat and Gardevoir and said "am I imagining this or was the speech much longer than the last time?"

I would like to comment on that,
although I won't say who wins, I can tell you that while writing the fight I wouldn't decide at the beginning of the fight which Pokemon wins this fight. For each Pokemon I thought up 1 or 2 strategies that fit the Pokemon (personality) and then tested them against each other and looked at who wins.
