Chapter 20: Family Lunch Part I

Ling Yun, Yi Mingxia, and Ling Ling were already seated around the table inside the restaurant's VIP room. Ling Ling immediately called the waitress, and she ordered quite a several dishes such as Beijing Roasted Duck, Dumplings, Chow Mein, Wonton Soup, and several other dishes. And for their drinks, Ling Ling only ordered Chinese Tea and some soft drinks.
Yi Mingxia turned to her daughter in surprise, as all the dishes dhe ordered were her favorites. Even Ling Yun himself was surprised by that, he didn't expect that his big sister would still remember their mother's favorite dishes, even though they had been separated for twenty years.
After Ling Ling finished ordering everything, she turned her head and giggled at her mother. "Hehe, you don't have to look at me like that, Mom. Of course, I still remember everything."
Yi Mingxia nodded and caressed her head. "Are you going to live in Hangzhou in the future, Ling'er?"
"At first, I was only going to stay here for a few days, Mom." Ling Ling then was silent for a moment. "Since I have found you now, so I will stay with you and Yun'er. But before that, we will go buy a house for ourselves, because I don't want you to continue living in a rent house like now."
Yi Mingxia was taken aback by her daughter's words. "But, Ling'er-"
"You don't reject me, Mom." Ling Ling then rested her head on her mother's shoulder and continued. "We've been apart for twenty years, Mom. What's more, you've lived hard all this time, and you even had to raise Yun'er alone. So from now on, I'll do my best to make you happy, Mom."
"Alright." Yi Mingxia finally nodded in agreement.
Ling Yun did not say anything, and he would not refuse her wish, as long as his mother could be happy.

They turned towards the entrance, and they saw Yi Mingzhu walking in, and her face was filled with a smile.
"I'm really happy about this, you guys are finally together again, Big Sis, Ling'er." Yi Mingzhu said as she sat in front of them, then she looked at her niece. "Twenty years have passed, you have grown up, and become this beautiful, Ling'er"
"Hehe." Ling Ling giggled at her words. "That's because my mother is also beautiful, Aunt Mingzhu."
Yi Mingzhu nodded in agreement, she also knew that her big sister was indeed very beautiful, even when she was young, many men were infatuated with her. She then curiously asked. "But how did the two of you suddenly meet? I've even been looking for news about you, but Ling Xiao intentionally covered up all information about you, Ling'er."
"Humph!" Ling Ling snorted angrily at that, then said harshly. "That bastard intentionally sent me overseas since I was seven years old because I kept antagonizing that damn whore, especially after that damn whore gave birth to a daughter for him."
Yi Mingxia and Yi Mingzhu smiled bitterly at her words, they really couldn't believe that Ling Ling could utter such obscenities. Because when she was little, Ling Ling was a gentle and kind girl, but now she has changed so drastically.

"Long time no see, Yin." Yi Mingxia said with a gentle smile, she then turned to her daughter. "You didn't tell her about our reunion, Ling'er?"
Ling Ling shook her head as she laughed softly. "Hehe, I purposely didn't tell Aunt Yin, Mom."
"Oh, God! It is you, Sister Mingxia!" Ling Yin exclaimed softly, she then hugged Yi Mingxia for a while. "I didn't expect to see you again after twenty years, Sister Mingxia. Moreover, it was Ling Ling who managed to find you first."

Ling Ling laughed hearing that, she then explained. "He lied to us, Aunt Yin. His name is not Fei Yun but Ling Yun, and he is my little brother."
"What!?" Ling Yin shrieked hearing that, she then looked at Ling Yun seriously. After some time, she sighed softly. "No wonder I feel familiar with his face, as his face is so similar to my stupid brother."
Ling Yun frowned at that, and he coldly said. "You don't need to mention him in front of me, let alone associate me with him, because he's just a stranger to me."
