Female General in Red (Part Three)
Outside Weizhou City, two armies faced off. Western Kun’s army was far larger than Eastern Ling’s.
The head general opposing Gu JiuGe was a female. Her clothes and horse were red like flames.
She did not look very young. Wearing red armor and riding a horse, she was situated at the front of the large army and was looking at Gu JiuGe with contempt.
“Even a little brat who stinks of breast milk wants to copy others in learning to fight? Is the Gu family’s army lacking in talent?”
This voice… For some reason, Gu JiuGe found it familiar. Looking carefully at the face under the helmet, the face had a 70 percent resemblance.
One looked valiant and brave, while the other looked frail and affectionate.
Having grown accustomed to that frail girl’s face, Gu JiuGe was filled with an indescribable feeling from seeing the female general before him.
The female general saw him distracted and disdainfully laughed, “What? Have you brats from Eastern Ling never seen a woman that could set foot on the battlefield? Then take a good look today at how a woman will take over your city!”
Gu JiuGe did not have any experience in independently leading a battle, but Gu HuaiJiang had already given his orders, so he was not too worried.
Regaining his wits, he faintly laughed, “General’s tone to be so arrogant, I nearly thought that the one to suffer a defeat at Zhu Guan was not your Liu family’s army.”
While he laughed, he looked up at the military banner behind the female general, “The Liu banner is very unfamiliar. May I ask what the name of the female general is?”
The young man was very handsome, but his words stung and made people feel disgusted.

Gu JiuGe was ferocious, ordering for the general of the reinforcements to come and answer questions. Who knew that the one to enter the tent would be Gu ShuBai.
“Young general!”

“I do. Father wants to have me killed.”
Gu JiuGe angrily sat down.
