He didn't forget to grant the oak tree sentience and now the oak tree has the intelligence of an adult since he planned to make the oak tree supervise the sunflowers in his garden and any other sentient plants that he would plant on his lawn in the future.
Like the sunflowers, the oak tree possessed the power level of the Highest Realm Peak Stage and it had the power to manipulate and create wood and leaves.
