Wen Xinya hugged Cleopatra’s head and rubbed it affectionately. “Cleopatra, where has your owner gone?”
Cleopatra then licked Wen Xinya’s palm.
“Hehe! It’s so ticklish! Cleopatra, you’re not allowed to be so mischievous. Be careful not to let your owner get jealous of you.” Wen Xinya then burst into laughter and grinned widely.
Cleopatra began wagging its tail even more enthusiastically after sensing her joy.
Wen Xinya stroked Cleopatra’s shiny fur and said, “Be good, Cleopatra, take me to your owner.”
Cleopatra immediately wagged its tail and scurried towards the courtyard.

The afternoon sun was bright and warm, very much to Wen Xinya’s liking. Soon, she broke out into a sweat as Cleopatra led her to the swimming pool in the courtyard.
The golden rays of sunlight were reflected on the ripples on the surface of the water, exuding an attractive glow. The large trees beside the pool were also swaying in the wind, and they glowed like an emerald.
The patch of grass on the ground seemed to stretch endlessly across the porch and the roses bloomed radiantly, with the vines extended beautifully.
Of course, the beautiful scenery could not compare to the suave and handsome man in the pool.

Her nose turned warm and she subconsciously covered it with her hand while retreating backward incessantly. She glowered at him and spluttered. “You… don’t come near me… ”
