After Elder Ning took his leave, Kana dragged the other girls inside to take a bath with her. They all had a long day, so it would be good to soak and relax. But while Kana was relaxing, Elder Ning arrived at the front of Moon Crest Academy's gates to see Elder Ye organizing a group of people. "Elder Ye, what are you doing?"
Elder Ye turned to see Elder Ning walking up to him and snorted. "I am going to drag that demon back to the law enforcement hall and put her on trial. She killed four of my disciples! Whether they were outer sect disciples or not does not matter, I will make sure that the demon is brought to justice!"
His words sounded righteous, but the look in his eyes was filled with killing intent. It was already clear that he had no plans of any fair trial. Elder Ning could only shake his head to this. "I think you should turn around before the sect master hears about this. Elder Ye, you are not allowed to bring disciples out to harm a mortal. Although she is a cultivator, she is not part of Moon Crest Academy, so you can not touch her."

Elder Ning was about to turn and try to stop Elder Ye once more when a voice entered his ear. "Just let him go. If he wishes to be stupid, let him. Elder Ye is only in the core formation realm. He can not beat the little girl's contract beast. In fact, we are in for a good show. "
Elder Ning looked up to see the sect master flying overhead following Elder Ye's group. Sighing, Elder Ning also followed along. He was just hoping to avoid any confrontation as he knew Elder Ye was someone who would hold a grudge for any petty reason like the one he had now. He did not wish to add more on to the girl's plate.
In Kana's court Yard Kana had just gotten out of a nice hot bath and into a fresh pair of robes. Liu Na and Mei Ling were now both more relaxed. "So we will just sit and cultivate here until things blow over?"

"What should we do!? That's Elder Ye!" Mei Ling began to panic. She had heard horrible stories about this elder and did everything she could to not get in his line of sight.
Kana sighed, stood up from her half sitting position, and picked up her sword. "You two go ahead and cultivate. Do not show your face, or you might get dragged in. I will go out and handle it."
"Kana, I can go too!" Liu Na wanted to stand and fight with Kana. She was the cause of all of this. If not for her, she knew Kana would not have entered Elder Ye's eyes.

Kana walked out into the courtyard. Liu Na and Mei Ling went to the door and peeked out of the crack to see what was going on. They knew if they appeared now that they would most likely be getting in Kana's way.
