The old lady stood up before her body flashed, only to reappear behind Kana and her family with her hands behind her back, her black robes slightly fluttering. "Elder Ye, I do believe you are mistaken about something here. This treasure pavilion is my domain. And I have guarded it for many hundreds of years. Not even the little lad who sits at the sect master's peak would dare throw such words towards me. Just because I sit here enjoying my slow days does not mean I am weak in the slightest."

"Look the other way when you are trying to rob my treasure pavilion!? No wonder you were rated as the dumbest elder! You are truly an idiot!" Elder Yan yelled out. She couldn't believe that this stupid old man really thought he could get away with all of this.
Elder Ye wanted to curse this old woman. His plans were simple. He would have some outer court disciples steal from the treasure pavilion, then he would frame the devil girl, but who knew that one of the ones he marked would have his soul searched!? "Elder Yan, I do believe you should not have used a soul search on the disciple just now either. Such actions can get you kicked out of the sect. Only the sect master himself can do such a thing. "Did you just threaten my daughter!?" Kana's body began to glow with a black light as her spiritual qi began turning into death element. "No one is allowed to threaten my babies!"
Kana's hair fluttered as she took a step forward and pointed a finger toward Elder Ye. Elder Yan's eyes went wide. She had no idea why but the power emanating from the young woman who was only in the qi condensation stage frightened her to her bones. "Was this the power the sect master told me to be careful of!?" She unknowingly took a few steps back, not wishing to get anywhere near Kana.
"You! I still have not settled my score with you yet, you devil! Fine, since it has come to this, I will just deal with you myself! A devil like you should not be allowed into my Moon Crest Academy!" Elder Ye lost it. Everything was already ruined. He had planned and planned while he was stuck in isolation to take care of Kana discreetly. Elder Ye finished the hand signs, and the whole area began to glow faintly before dimming once more. Kana and Elder Yan both felt the spiritual qi in their bodies disappear instantly without even a hint of it left.
