Argul chatted a bit longer with Luna about the dangers of owning that pole. While she didn't want it to be known that she was not only able to create spells with relative ease, but could now also enchant objects with them, she didn't want the innkeeper to get into trouble for it. If Luna should ever get asked about it and not answering would lead to dangerous consequences she was free to give the knowledge away. As far as Argul was concerned she could just take her family and leave if someone decided to annoy her, believing themselves to have the right to order her around.

After that she went to her room together with Aina and took an old European coin to enchant. Argul was still on a high and might as well continue to train while she was still motivated. Enchanting the coin with a light spell turned out to be quite challenging, because it wasn't able to hold as much mana as the lamp pole. This forced Argul to reduce the size of the light ball by a lot, resulting in a glowing sphere the size of a marble.

She flicked the now enchanted coin into the air when she was done and catched it again before she let herself fall on the bed. Even for her this was quite mentally exhausting and she needed a break.

Argul was pretty sure she had a bunch of system messages waiting for her anyway so she decided that she might as well check them.

That skills could be essentially integrated into each other was already known to Argul, the system doing this on itself and notifying you about the change was new however. It looked like Alyra was still improving and working on the way it operated.

Argul closed the two screens mentally and made place for more of them.

That skill was extremely useful. Always being able to do enchantments was a gamechanger and would make enchanting a lot easier, at least for humans. Argul was able to remember pretty much everything since she became a mana core flawlessly, so the saving function wasn't of that much use to her.

Speaking of memory, this should have been the 22nd skill she had ever created which meant she was likely close to another milestone of the skill creator achievement. Seeing how achievements were her main method of getting stats lately, she should keep track of them.

Argul looked at the other two screens that were left.

Argul could only sigh in defeat. The skill and achievement were incredible, but why was it that her first ever artifact had to be the Lamp pole of light and why did it need to have that name!

Well, she did name it, but that didn’t mean she was aware of the consequences at that time!

This was totally embarrassing and it was an embarrassment that would be maintained by mana for eternity as long as nothing forcefully destroyed it. Couldn't her first times be less awkward or was that too much to ask for?

She clicked her tongue in annoyance. Argul knew just too well that she would accept it for the stats alone and that just because of this someone would come to her in a thousand years to present her the first enchantment she had ever done with a smug smile of victory.

She closed the screens and opened her status to check the changes.

Argul looked surprised at the area of her floors. She had gotten 21 stat points for intelligenz and it had doubled the possible surface area of her small planets. Hopefully that change wasn't noticeable inside of her domain.

She took a quick peek and watched the activities of the mana AI. The thing tried to be careful and hide the growth of the planet behind tectonic activities. There were a few small earthquakes in some places, but it wasn't something that wouldn't happen on a natural planet.

Looking at the planets from the edge of the domain made things quite obvious however. On the sixth floor for example, it looked like some of the islands were moving away from each other at a fast pace while new ones appeared in some of the new space. The planet was honestly mostly blue and without her knowledge domain Argul wouldn't be able to tell the location of the archipelagos.

She was quite interested to see the reaction of sapients to this once they lived there. Imagine borders of kingdoms being laid out only for the land to grow and completely change to how it was. It actually made living inside her domain quite difficult, but that wasn't her problem to worry about. Ideally the mana AI would add area to regions that weren't inhabited. This way infrastructure wouldn't get completely destroyed because of her.

Thinking about it she actually added that instruction to the behavior of the AI. There was no need to be unnecessarily rude.

Argul changed into her avatar again and noticed that Aina had hopped onto the bed. She smiled and petted the slime gently. Aina responded by making that cute popping sound and began massaging the blanket. It was a very enticing offer for Argul. "Give me a second and then you can do that if you want."

She took off her shirt and laid down on her belly before she opened the clip of her bra. Then she helped Aina to get on her back. Argul wouldn't say no to a massage by the slime and it would take some time for Luna to make dinner so she might as well enjoy Aina's ability.

A minute later the content purring of the pioneer enchantress sounded out and it continued for some time.
