To begin with the explanation, the "desu'' there in lines is a peculiar habit of Pamela, imagine an anime character adding desu after every line (for example Yae in In another world with my smartphone anime, she added de-gozaru). The only reason I didn't add any note was because the explanation in the chapter she introduced was self-explanatory. Now, I would have removed it for sure, but I am a translator, I can't cut things from raws on my own else it would just be like a fanfiction where I'm adding what I want and removing what I don't. For example, in previous translated chapters before me has cut off many lines and some few explanations like how the "berserker" job is actually a troll job and some other minor things.
