Seven Year Old Boy (2)

Because she knew from the start that she couldn’t land a hit on the demon, Anna was actually enjoying the fun of attacking the demon and him not being able to retaliate. As for the cruel truth that he didn’t dare to fight back because he was afraid of accidentally killing her, she didn’t care much.

With so many attacks in one breath, Anna felt mental exhaustion. Seeing that the demon had the intention of doing something after initially dodging her attacks, she suddenly stopped her attacks and sat on the ground. Pretending to be unwell, she said, “I can’t go on, I can’t fight anymore.”

Rothgarr was a little confused when he was chased down by Anna’s attacks. Before with Natalie, she was clearly hesitant and unable to put her hands on Natalie. When it came to him, she seemed very excited, and he didn’t see any hesitation when she cast her spells.

It was as if she hated him so much that she wanted to land a hit on him to be happy.

Rothgarr walked up to Anna. He looked at her condescendingly, and said in a cold voice, “Being able to hit me makes you that happy?”

Not happy, it is pure ecstasy.

But Anna looked up all confused: “What?”

She paused, and suddenly said, “No, Natalie and I are both mage disciples. I’m afraid of hitting her, so I was overcautious, but you are different. It’s absolutely impossible for you to be hit by me, so I don’t have to exercise as much restraint.”

Anna’s explanation was very reasonable. Rather, it was the only reasonable explanation. Rothgarr didn’t think she would hate himself that much.

She did take the initiative to look for him in order to use him, but she chose him over Leon, which showed that she didn’t hate him, even had good feelings toward him.

Because he didn’t think Anna had a reason to hate him, Rothgarr accepted Anna’s explanation and stretched out his right hand.

Anna looked at the slender, white hand in front of her eyes, and slowly placed her hand in his.

As the saying goes, give a carrot after a stick*; she just chased and attacked the demon; now it was time to give him some sweetness, and let him think that she actually had a little affection for him.

[T/N: reward after punishment]

As soon as she grasped his hand, the demon pulled her up easily and lifted her up from off the ground.

Rothgarr lifted Anna and released her, but there seemed to be a soft warm touch remaining in his palm. He frowned unconsciously, and his expression became a little heavy: “Go meditate to restore your mental strength, and let’s go again.”

“Okay, Mage Raymond.” Anna happily responded. She was about to meditate, but thought about something and asked, “Then next, are you going to train Natalie?”

Rothgarr’s double standard came very simply: “No, I only train you.”

When he finished speaking, he walked off to the side and, not caring whether the ground was dirty or not, sat down to meditate.

Under normal circumstances, phrases like “to me, you are the one and only” would cause girls to fawn over them, but Anna was used to it, and she didn’t think too much about it.

What the demon wanted was her soul; of course he would only spend his time on her.

Anna walked up to Natalie, whose face was full of admiration for Anna at the moment: “You are so amazing, Anna!”

“You mean the me that attacked randomly but couldn’t even land a hit?” Anna laughed.

“No, no, although you didn’t land a hit just now, that’s Mage Raymond. We are just mage disciples. It’s normal if we can’t land a hit on him! I meant to say, your appearance just now looked so majestic.” Natalie couldn’t help but say excitedly, “It’s that kind of nonchalant attitude, so handsome!”

Anna touched her cheek and smiled embarrassedly: “Don’t praise me like that anymore. No matter how amazing it looks, it’s useless if you can’t land a hit. I’ll meditate to restore my mental strength first, and I will give you special training later!”

If the demon wouldn’t help train Natalie, then she will help her by herself.

“Okay, okay, then I will practice for a while.” Natalie nodded repeatedly. She didn’t think there was anything wrong with Mage Raymond training Anna but not training her. Rather, it was fortunate that Mage Raymond did not train her. Otherwise, just facing him would cause her legs to shake in fright.

Not far away, Rothgarr looked thoughtfully at the two of them talking and laughing.

Anna seemed to speak bluntly and harshly to men who took the initiative to approach her, and the change in her attitude was also driven by profit. But she seemed to be very sincere to women. Take this Natalie, for instance; she couldn’t  provide Anna with any benefits, and would actually slow her down, but Anna treated Natalie very well…..

A strange thought seemed to flash through his mind. Rothgarr’s face changed and he quickly threw the strange thought out of his mind.

No, he was doing just fine right now; everything was going well.

After finishing the meditation, Anna regained her mental strength. She glanced at the demon who was sitting quietly, and then brought Natalie over to begin battle training.

The battle with the demon was really helpful to Anna. She confirmed through it that she had more control over spells than she thought, so when she faced Natalie, she was no longer worried about getting her hurt and so she didn’t have to be so cautious.

Natalie still didn’t dare to attack at first. With Anna’s gentle and patient encouragement, she finally dared to take the first step and throw her first spell at Anna. Her commonly used spells were water spells. The blue colored water element was flexible and lethal. She only cast a small spell, but compared to squatting and covering her head when facing a spell attack, this was a great improvement.

Anna and Natalie practiced for a few minutes. Natalie, who cast more spells than her, was already a bit pale. Anna hurriedly asked Natalie to meditate and recover her mental energy. She, on the other hand, was full of energy because she had  focused on letting Natalie cast spells, and did not cast many herself.
