As they disappeared, Amanda finally answered Arthur's question. "To be honest, I really want them to stop working, but they're the kind of old people who refuse to go to a nursing home, wanting to keep working, maybe until they die.

"That of course is not the main problem. The problem is that this company itself is too dependent on them, or rather, they have made this company very dependent on them. You know, we are a fashion company and one of the most important factors for us are the designers. Most of the directors used to be designers and until now, most of the designers here are their own people. If they get fired, they can take the designers away with them, move on to another company."

"I see! So the only way is if they choose to retire themselves so they won't try to influence the designers who are their people."

"Yeah, but as you can see, none of them look like they want to retire. The fashion industry is like this, many love their job more and more as they get older." Amanda smiled wryly.

"And how are you going to help me get them retired?" She asked, glancing at his hands, probably wondering if he was going to use magic and what kind of magic it was.

"I know you don't want me to use too rough a method," Arthur replied.

"There are two methods, one of which is sending a certain disease, which is harmless, but enough to make them lose interest in work. Or we can also find their secret, which can be used to make them obey. If that's not there, we can arrange it. However, judging from the scent on their bodies, they've obviously played with quite a number of women. Ah, after all, it's a fashion company, so it's only natural!"

"You..." Even though the two methods weren't that evil, Amanda still lost a bit of her cool.

"By the way, wasn't that first one a bit too flashy, a group of directors chose to retire because they felt they couldn't take any more work?" She said.

"Yeah!!!" Arthur didn't argue. "What is your choice?" he asked.

"Let's just choose the second one, the company will be screwed if the directors suddenly quit," Amanda replied.

"Alright!" Arthur nodded. After that, he walked towards the window.

Amanda immediately stood up and followed him. Before she could ask, Arthur said, "buy some small cameras that can be used to spy on people."

He saw quite a number of such products on the internet, causing cases of peepers to increase. Usually some restaurant waiters put them in the restaurant toilet.

Amanda chose not to ask after hearing Arthur's words. She took out her cell phone and opened an online shop application.

When Arthur arrived in front of a window lined with iron bars, he waved his hand in the air.

A few specks of light fell from the hand and floated out.

"Arthur, there shouldn't be any birds here, it's too high, we have to go downstairs." Amanda said. She guessed what he was doing.

Of course, she was wrong. Arthur replied "I'm not looking for birds."

"Then w-h — mm..."

Amanda had not finished her sentence when a cloud the size of a pillow suddenly flew towards the window.

It entered the meeting room and fell in front of her.

"Cloud, how is it possible." She was confused, not sure what was going on.

Out of curiosity, she reached out to touch it, which of course penetrated the cloud since it was just a collection of water vapor.

Over time, it becomes transparent, it seems that it will soon disappear. However, at this moment, Arthur thrust his hand into the cloud. Light radiated from the hand, enveloping the cloud. It then gets truncated into several smaller clouds. Uniquely, they float again in the air even though they become increasingly transparent.

"Look at this!" Arthur suddenly took a pen from Amanda's shirt pocket with such a swift motion that Amanda barely noticed it. He spun the pen over his finger once before placing it atop one of the clouds. What happened next was that the pen sunk in that cloud and it didn't fall at all. Plus, the pen also becomes transparent, almost invisible.

"It's easier to spy with this," Arthur said.

Amanda didn't seem to know whether to laugh or cry, she said "there's so much you can do with your magic, can I also do all of that after becoming a magus?"

"No, you won't," Arthur replied.

"Why?"

"You only have one spell, something you haven't even mastered yet. And if you want to learn the other spells, they must be related to the first spell you mastered because the element of that spell is already the element of your Spiritual Core. Of course, you can still learn and master the different kinds of spells, but you won't be able to unleash their power unless you cultivate a new Spiritual Core. In other words, another journey that will probably be more difficult."

"How troublesome, I suddenly became lazy," said Amanda.

"You have the right to make your choice," Arthur replied.

"Hey, shouldn't you be saying comforting words." Amanda was a bit pouty.

"I'd rather arouse people's anger so they become more diligent than motivate."

"Humph, such arrogant thinking." Amanda snorted softly before turning to the table.

"By the way, do you want clothes?" She asked.

"Clothes?" Arthur stared at his own clothes, wondering what she meant.

Meanwhile, Amanda changed her direction to a large wooden cupboard at the end of the meeting room.

The wardrobe had multiple doors, Amanda opened one of them, revealing rows of shirts, T-shirts, and pants hanging inside. They all seem high quality.

"You see, even though your aunt has a lot of influence so me and even my father have to always be polite to her, her money is limited." Amanda said, turning her gaze to Arthur again, more specifically to his clothes.

"Sure the clothes you're wearing are good, but they're just a standard brand, something that didn't come from the sweat of a skilled designer so the aura produced is also lacking."

"That's right, and that bit of aura is enough to dazzle you," Arthur replied with a mocking smile.

Amanda pursed her lips again, but only for a moment, looking like she didn't want to argue with him. "I'm sure you will stand out twice in high quality clothes," she said then asked, "what do you think? You wouldn't refuse gifts from me, would you?" Her lips curved up slightly after that last question.

"Don't worry, you can put them in a suitcase and I'll take them home." Arthur didn't refuse, thinking that it would save him his job in the future.

He's quite the aesthetic guy. Without any particular problem, she would definitely pick a fancier outfit to wear. This is not just to appear more striking, but for convenience. And convenience has a big role to play in increasing magic power.
