*SCREEEEKKK!!!* The Abominable Fiend let out an ear rendering metallic screech as the jet-black lightning bolt struck its back, making it look in the direction of where the bolt came from.
And before anyone could bat an eye, it leaped into the air, covering more than a mile just like that. And when it landed, it cracked the earth as the land shook while demolishing the buildings in the surroundings.
"Shit!" Damien quickly turned around and started to fly in the direction of the island where Anton Vahn had left behind a secret gate to the Old World.
This was the first time he saw a huge creature covering so much distance with ease despite having a heavy body.
He was already circulating his Anti-God energy to the maximum to push his speed limit as much as he could since there was a good chance the Abominable Fiend would catch up to him despite the headstart he had given himself.
Damien knew his speed was his strongest suit, more than his strength.
Anyone nearby looking up at the skies would see a jet-black streak speeding through while from behind, a giant creature was covering more than a mile with each leap, trying to catch up to the lightning streak.
"How the fuck is that thing so fast?!" Damien clicked his tongue in frustration as he could feel the pressure of something very big and strong slowly catching up to him.
If he could, he would have given himself a longer headstart, but that was the best he could do without missing his target.
