The battle that took place following Dwayne and Talia was Aliyah against Ana.
“I quit!” Ana blurted right after her name was called.
Though, the ability to project needles from any part of her body was astounding.
Ana believed that the only reason that would make her go up against someone who could enslave her with just a touch was if she were crazy.
The people in the surroundings weren’t entirely surprised by Ana giving up, as all the people who were grouped to face Aliyah all gave up.
She was a monster.
As Aliyah left the stage, Levi and Teresa ascended on the stage immediately.
On one hand, was Levi with the ability to kill upon touch, and on the other side was Teresa who could cause a body or substance to explode when touched.
The crowds couldn’t help but feel as though the match was made purposely, or else, what were the odds of something like this happening?

“Fighters ready? Start!”
As the referee’s voice rang out, Levi didn’t move from where he was.
He stared at Teresa with a sadistic smile on his face.
“Give it your best shot!” Levi exclaimed.
Those who had fought with Levi in the first tournament had also received these words in particular from Levi.
And while he expressed a proud demeanor towards them, they didn’t dare to act rashly because of the power he possessed.
“Hehehe!”
A sneer appeared on Teresa’s face as Levi let out a chuckle.
Both of their eyes were glued together, and if there was one other thing that pissed Teresa apart from his smug his face, then it was the look on his face.
“Alright then, I will give it my best shot,” Teresa responded.
The expression on Levi’s changed when he heard Teresa.
Suddenly, Teresa took a step forward and directly appeared in front of Levi. She sneered, “You’re a clown if you believe I haven’t made my research on you.”
She then chuckled.
“That wouldn’t be befitting of my name as one of someone on the most valuable students list,” Teresa said and brought a ring out.
Levi raised an eyebrow, “Could it be that she has...” Levi shook his head at the thought of a tool being created to block out his powers.
Though the world had advanced beyond boundaries and the tech world was capable of so many extraordinary feats. Levi refused to believe that they could have come up with a tool that could be used against him.
If so, what else weren’t these people capable of bringing forth? And wouldn’t this make them the strongest division in the academy?
He was in deep thought when he felt Teresa’s hand touching his arm directly.
“What... the!”
Levi was wearing a white singlet and shorts, and as he saw Teresa touching his hand, without facing any consequence such as collapsing on the ground, his eyes twitched.
It wasn’t just Levi who was in shock, but the other students as well.
Those who had gone up against Levi in the first round all stuck to long-range attacks. And when that didn’t seem to work, they all gave up before he would move towards them.
A smile was however on the face of the tech division students.
“I must say, the tech division is really full of wonders,” Grayson said. “What other gadget do you possess that we aren’t aware of.”
The five other directors turned towards Iris after Grayson spoke.
“No gadget at all.”
Layla replied, but the smile that was on her face gave the impression that there was something she was hiding.
Meanwhile, Levi was forced to move several steps backward.
“Y-” He stuttered, finding it very difficult to speak.
There was then a disgusted look on Teresa’s face as she stared at Levi. She brought a stone out and said.
“I loathe people like you this most.” Teresa paused, “You consider your superpower to be everything, and once that power is useless, you tend to lose confidence.”
“People of your kind don’t deserve to live, now die.”
With that said, and Teresa threw the stone in her hand at Levi.
Levi didn’t think twice and ran. He already knew what would come of the stone once it came close to him, and before any unusual incident would happen, he ran.
He ran like as if his life depended on it.
“I ...”
As Levi wanted to utter those four-letter words, the stone landed on his arm and a second later, his arm exploded.
Thud!
Levi stumbled to the ground.
His body rolled for a few seconds before it then settled.
“Y-You...” Levi didn’t hesitate, and the instant he saw Teresa in his front, he spoke out loud.
“I quit!!!”
“Hahaha!!!” Teresa burst into laughter when she heard Levi. “I won’t kill you now, but very soon.”
“Your life is mine to take, keep that in mind.”
Those words were said in a decisive tone, and none of the people in the surroundings doubted what Teresa had just said.
Not even Levi doubted Teresa.
He mustered all the strength in his body, and as Teresa walked away from him, he stood from the ground.
With his head then lowered, Levi stepped out off the stage.
The stage was clean, and as the referee called out the next competitors, Elisa and Victor appeared on the stage.
“This will be fun, don’t you think?” Victor said.
Victor had been hoping for a response from Elisa, and when no reply came from her, he spoke.
“I mean, there won’t be any point in using your powers on yours truly. I’m terrific with or without my powers, and can also assure you that, within five gunshots, you will be down.”
Victor aimed the golden pistol in his hand at Elisa, he seemed to want to pull the trigger only for him to stop and say.
“You know what, why don’t you just quit? I don’t want to harm you based on the fact that you will become my woman one day.”
Victor nodded his head, “So, what are you still waiting for? I see, you must want me to prove that I’m worthy of you by defeating you.”
“Don’t worry, that I will do.”
Elisa was in shock at how Victor was able to come up with a theory like that within seconds. However, as he pointed the pistol back at her, she didn’t hesitate and made a move.
