Caladium stared at her for a moment before answering.

He saw Adelaide smiling awkwardly. Her long hair was damp, and she wore a fluffy white lace nightgown over her warm skin. It looked like she had just bathed.

Soon, Caladium’s face burned from his neck up to the tip of his ears. He spoke in a low voice, with his whole face dyed pink.

“Come in.”

Caladium grabbed Adelaide by the shoulder and hurriedly led her into his room.

The door closed with a thud. At last, the two of them were alone in his room. Realizing this, Caladium felt his blood pulsating all over his body.

On the other hand, Adelaide’s heart was very calm. Before she came, she thought carefully, but that didn’t take long. She was reluctant to absorb the energy of her comrades, but when she thought of it objectively, Caladium was the best choice.

‘It’s definitely because he’s strong enough not to die no matter how much energy I consume. What’s more, we’ve already tried it twice.’

The energy she tasted from Caladium last time was also very delicious. It was so thick and stimulating that she felt full after eating just a little. She even wanted to keep eating, even though she was already full.

“I’m hungry…”

“You need energy!”

“You said you’d take good care of me later”. Adelaide smiled brightly and answered.

At that straightforward explanation, Caladium covered his eyes with his hands as if he didn’t want to see at all. Reddish skin was visible between the gaps of his fingers. Wrinkles also formed on his forehead.

“You haven’t said anything for a while.”

A hoarse voice came out from between her closed lips. The secret desire she suppressed leaked out.

‘What the heck, how long…’

He had been waiting for so long. His thoughts had been filled with that thrilling moment!

Adelaide probably couldn’t even imagine it. How many nights had Caladium suffered from just that one kiss? He almost lost himself to the point that it was ridiculous because his lustful desire rose over and over again. As a result, he struggled with a deep sense of self-doubt.

“For a while, I’ve been fine with what I ate last time. Caladium’s energy was so rich that it lasted for a long time. But, ever since the dungeon rating went up….”

Adelaide laughed awkwardly.

After the dungeon reached E-Class and she connected herself to it, her power increased dramatically. And because the dungeon level went up again, she felt a new power bursting out. As a result, the amount of energy she required also increased significantly.

“I think I need Caladium’s help whenever our rank goes up. Is that okay with you?”

At Adelaide’s words, Caladium stared at her, slowly opening the fingers covering his eyes. His long eyelashes were fluttering, and the look on his face was insanely beautiful. It was so powerful even though he didn’t realize it.

“D*mn-”

Just looking at her face? Am I going crazy? Caladium involuntarily cursed. Adelaide, who misunderstood this as a reaction of dislike, spoke quickly.

“Ah. If it makes you uncomfortable, you can say no!”

“What? That’s not…”

“Because I can go out and eat an adventurer like I did last time!”

“Wait!”

Caladium rushed to Adelaide because she was impatient to eat someone else.

He quickly grabbed her shoulder and pulled her. He was so fast that he couldn’t control his strength, so Adelaide’s body leaned helplessly towards him.

Adelaide looked up at him in surprise and could only blink as she was suddenly caught in his arms. The distance between them was too close. To the point where the tip of her nose could rub against his with a sudden movement.

Somehow, his face looked very anxious. His eyes, which had always looked harsh, trembled, and an unknown emotion flashed in his silver-gray eyes.

His harsh voice rang out.

“No.”

“Huh? What…”

As Adelaide was about to open her mouth, Caladium grabbed the back of her hair and roughly pulled her.

Their lips overlapped.

His lips quickly sucked Adelaide’s lips. He lightly bit her lower lip and licked the gap, as if he was asking her for permission.

Adelaide, who was taken by surprise, finally grasped the situation and opened her lips.

‘If you were going to do it anyway, you should have just said so! I almost missed out on your precious energy!’

As his sweet energy was absorbed, Adelaide’s appearance gradually changed. The wings on her back suddenly appeared but they seemed to have grown bigger than usual for some unknown reason.

Her head tilted and their lips continued to touch. She repeatedly brushed her tongue with his without intertwining them. It had been a long time since she kissed him sanely. Adelaide felt ashamed.

‘Was his face like this last time too?’

Adelaide observed Caladium’s face carefully. His usual playfulness was nowhere to be found. The finely wrinkled forehead looked very serious, and his fluttering eyelashes were long and pretty. She felt heat on the skin that touched his.

Soon, his eyelashes slowly rose, revealing his silver eyes. Their eyes met. His gaze staring at Adelaide was full of lust. As if he would eat her at any moment.

Smack, their lips parted for a moment and a growl-like voice rang in her ears.

“Adela. I told you.”

“Huh? What…?”

“Don’t touch dirty b*st*rds.”

Strangely, Caladium brushed Adelaide’s lips. Then he kissed her lightly.

Adelaide opened her eyes wide and looked at him. Caladium burst into laughter as if she looked so cute. A voice with a deep possessive desire continued.

“Eat me.”

Was it because of that? In fact, the memory of that day was still hazy as she had gone insane because of her ‘empty stomach’.

“Just try and meet adventurers again.”

“I’ll kill them all before they reach your body.” Caladium whispered with ferocious eyes. And before Adelaide could answer, they kissed again.

The passionate kiss continued. The energy, which was denser than the last time, flowed through the tongues that touched. It was a sign that he had opened her heart to her even more.

“Wait.”

While only squelching sounds and warm breaths filled the room, Adelaide suddenly pushed Caladium’s body away. Caladium didn’t want to, but he quietly followed her intentions.

“I’ve eaten enough! I’m full.”

“… Already? Isn’t it too little?”

“Eat a little more”, Caladium added with sorrowful eyes. But Adelaide resolutely shook her head.

“No, I think I ate too much. Besides, it’s a bit uncomfortable…”

Caladium’s face turned pale. It really felt like she was going to leave, and his heart pounded when she said she was uncomfortable.

Whatever made her say she was uncomfortable, he will completely eliminate the cause so that it will never happen again in the future. With this promise, Caladium asked.

“What made you uncomfortable?”

Her voice trembled at the end of her words, revealing her anxiety.

Adelaide answered calmly.

“Ugh, something keeps stabbing my stomach.”

Caladium was speechless for a while. His face, which had turned white, soon turned bright red.

“No, that. That is…”

What should he say about this? Menstruation? That it doesn’t mean anything? Actually, it does mean something.

He struggled to find excuses. Adelaide saved him.

“Isn’t your belt too big?”

“…The belt? Yes! The belt is a bit big… it’s big.”

Caladium’s face turned even redder. However, he stuttered at the embarrassment of the word “big” that came out of his mouth.

‘This is the first time I’ve been so lucky that she’s clueless!’

Caladium pulled away and was relieved. After tilting her head for a moment, Adelaide continued her words with a smile.

“Anyway, thank you, I really enjoyed it! I think I will be full for a while.”

“Yes. That’s a relief.”

“Yes. The next time our rating goes up again, I’ll ask again.”

As Adelaide thanked him, she patted his shoulder and turned around. She then left his room without hesitation.

Alone, Caladium stared blankly at the place where Adelaide had left. Her words echoed and continued to buzz in his ear.

‘You’re going to ask me again once our level goes up?’

His cheeks flushed as if he wasn’t tired.

In fact, Caladium was not very interested in developing this small dungeon. But at this very moment, he was more determined than anyone else here.

“I’m going to turn this place into an S-Class dungeon.”

He vowed in a loud voice. Two eyes staring intently at the closed door were full of self-interest.

Meanwhile, Adelaide ran across the living room, patting her flat belly.

‘Oh, I’m full.’

The sensation after being filled with energy was similar to that of predation. She felt extremely satisfied because her stomach was full, and she was so drowsy that she wanted to lie down on her bed right away.

‘By the way…’

Adelaide turned her head and glanced towards Caladium’s room. A faint light was still leaking through the cracks in the doorway.

Recalling what had just happened, she smirked and curled the corners of her lips slightly.

‘J*rk, you’re pretty great.’

The size and length. There was no helping it as he was a devil. She could understand why he was usually so arrogant.

“How innocent.”

Belt. It wasn’t even funny. Adelaide snorted and started walking.

***

Somewhere in the human realm in Mediar.

An adventurer staggered through a dark, desolate alleyway. Perhaps drunk, the smell of alcohol wafted around him, his staggering footsteps looked dangerous.

“Just wait, I won’t let you…”

A voice of hatred emanated from between his dry lips. The man repeated the same words as if he was casting a spell. ‘I won’t let you go. I will kill you. I will take revenge.’ All of them were full of resentment.

And there was only one target, an evil demon who dared to make fun of him and even killed his family. It was the wicked succubus, Adelaide.

“I will make you regret it.”

The adventurer, Gehrig, mumbled as he punched the damp wall.

It was her fault that she let him live. Although he was not strong enough to deal with the evil b*tch, Gehrig had the ability to persuade the stronger ones around him.

In particular, his brother’s fellow adventurers were very angry at the vain loss of their precious companion. The mere E-Class dungeon incurred the wrath of the advanced warriors. Even strangers who heard about it clicked their tongues saying it was pitiful.

The succubus will meet the most terrible end at his hands.

“No matter what.”

Gehrig whispered with a strong will.
