Qie Wenyang looked grim as he walked into the hospital ward. He wasn’t sure if he should hand the medical report to Ye Linlang.
He was worried that Ye Linlang and Xie Xuning could not handle the truth.

Ye Linlang took the report and read it carefully. One of the indicators was higher than average by a hundred times.

“This virus currently has no cure.” Ye Linlang glanced at Xie Xuning after saying that. She then asked in a low voice, “The question is how Tianxin got infected with it.”
Ye Linlang held onto the piece of paper containing the blood test result and thought hard of what she had studied earlier about the virus.
She had found a plant that might be able to suppress the virus, but when she went to look for the plant, she found out that they had been destroyed by artillery bombardment.
“Don’t let your thoughts go wild at this time.”
Xie Xuning told Ye Linlang not to think of anything bad.
They had to wait for Li Qingcang to arrive before discussing the next step of treatment.
Ye Linlang was worried. How did her daughter contract such a virus?
The new virus, scientifically known as the X-Virus, was a disease transmitted by blood.
Moreover, it was usually transmitted by blood or between mother and child.
X-Virus was more serious than the A virus. The X-Virus had no symptoms at the onset and had a longer incubation period.
Given the current medical conditions, if someone were suspected of being infected with the A virus, they would be able to contain it with drugs.
In contrast, someone with the X-Virus would start out having no symptoms.
Once the X-Virus set in, it would be an incurable disease.
“Linlang, you need to calm down.”
Xie Xuning did not know much about the X-Virus or the severity of Ye Tianxin’s infection.
Ye Linlang looked at her daughter and motioned for Xie Xuning to close the door of the room and follow her to the suite outside the ward.
“Xuning, Tianxin’s babies might not be able to survive this.”
