This day, Rio decided to go alone toward the mansion that he got from Francois. Though, rather than saying he’s alone, the truth was he’s accompanied by Aisia who’s in her spirit form.
From the look of it, the necessary furniture had been transported yesterday, and that was the reason he went to the mansion today; to confirm that fact since he was told that he could live in that mansion starting from today.
And since Rio currently had no retainer to serve him and no employee working in the mansion, the place was completely empty of life aside from them.
「I guess it’s safe for you to show yourself now, Aisia. Shall we tour the mansion together?」
Rio said to the seemingly empty living room.

Aisia uttered and materialized beside him.
「Sorry Aisia, lately I’m so occupied to the point that you can’t even materialize.」
Whenever Rio was in public, Aisia had always stayed in her spirit form. As such, considering the recent events, she rarely got a chance to materialize.

Aisia replied with her usual detached yet pleasant tone.
「Let’s stay in this house for today. Since it’ll only be the two of us until there are visitors, it’s safe for you to stay like this.」

「Let’s explore more, shall we? I also want to check the mansion’s interior once more and see it’s condition.」
Thus, for some time, the two of them were alone as they explored the mansion. Although Rio had checked the entire mansion with Charlotte and the others beforehand, he still decided to give it another look, one by one.

Aisia muttered as she walked in the corridor.
「That’s right. His Majesty is even thoughtful enough to prepare all the necessary furniture along with the mansion for us.」
It was such a thorough work that Rio ended up wondering about how expensive all these things must be.
「Are we the only ones who will live in this place?」

Aisia suddenly said, looking at the path leading to the mansion’s gate.

Rio stood, instructing Aisia to turn back.

Aisia nodded, changing into her spirit form seamlessly. Rio then went to the gate to see that someone was indeed standing outside the mansion’s gate.
To be exact, it was Liselotte and her attendant, Aria. They were waiting inside a carriage that was stopped in front of his mansion’s gate. At that time, they were at a loss on how to inform their arrival to Rio, who was in the mansion. Since there’s no one standing guard in front of the mansion.
