‘I have too many skills…’ Jake frowned.
He looked at his attributes and realized he was neglecting agility. His current attributes looked too imbalanced.
‘Unlocking the third sin will give me more ways to collect Evil Points, but…’
Jake relaxed his eyebrows and stroked Amelia’s thighs. He gently patted her butt while thinking.
‘I’ll improve my stats instead. My life is more important than the points, in the end. The more powerful I am, the better it is for me.’
Jake adjusted his position and turned around. He lazily laid on top of Erin, placing his wrists on her soft breasts and poking the empty air above her face.
“M-Master…”
“Stay like that,” Jake said, pressing her belly with his own.
He first clicked the agility and used 18,000 points to increase it.

However, he didn’t increase any more. When Jake tried increasing agility from 400 to 401, the system asked for 1,000 Evil Points.

“Hah…” Jake sighed. To be honest, he had expected it.
From what he knew, 4th Circle demon nobles were called earls, way stronger than any 3rd Circle demon.
The gap between 3rd and 4th was ten times larger than 2nd and 3rd. Likewise, the gap between 4th and 5th Circle was larger again.
9th was the highest and Jake had only heard of it in myths. There wouldn’t be such a great distinction if it was easy to climb the ranks.
[The value of points has not decreased. 1 stat increase in 4th Circle is roughly equal to 10 stat increases in the lower ranks.]
‘So even a small improvement could have drastic increases to my strength…’ Jake understood it now.
He dismissed the notification about advancing and asked the system another question.
‘I have too many skills, is it possible to merge them into more generalized abilities?’

Jake pushed himself up from Erin’s body while tightly grabbing her breasts. She looked as her master left the chamber and went outside.
Jake first tested out all his offensive abilities and then decided which ones to merge.
He held [Mana Sense], [Mana Communication], and [Monster Tongue] together. A system prompt appeared which asked if he wanted to merge them.
Jake clicked ‘Yes’, instantly using 10,000 Evil Points. The three abilities disappeared but Jake felt like he could still use them. On their place, a new one appeared.

[Description: Able to sense and communicate through any being or object with mana. The said being or object must be of the same rank or below. Range depends on the amount of internal mana used.]
That was a pretty badass skill for perception. He could literally speak with anyone using magic. Not just monsters, humans, evles… but with even beings like puppets or golems as long as they had some sentience.
Also, he could sense any object in the surroundings, so hidden weapons wouldn’t work unless they were of the Epic Rank.
Jake then tried out two combinations but they didn’t work. He lost 20,000 points for nothing. However, on the third try, he got a new skill.
By combining [Fear Aura], [Marking], and [Corruption], he got a new ability whose name was,
[Skill: Degeneration Halo]
[Grade: Unique (High)]
[Description: Able to deprave the mind and powers of any creature lower in rank than you. The user can also deprave those of the same rank by severely injuring them.
Exceptions include magical or divine interference. The target must be present within the halo’s range which is a 100-feet circular radius.
Upon a successful degeneration, a corrupted seed will be placed in the target’s mind, which the user may use to control him/her.]
[Usage Cost: 75 mana]
Jake was pretty satisfied with this ability even though it had an extremely high usage cost. It was an Area of Effect skill, and an upgraded version of his Corruption.
After he was finished checking that skill, Jake paced around while trying new combinations. After 3 unsuccessful tries, he merged [Memory Erase], [Deception], and [Bewitching Gaze] to create the unique skill called…
