Even though Kyle understood the concept and working mechanism behind a world bridge, he was not sure how useful it was.

After all, Shima was a huge planet that was full of opportunities, was right in front of the Liad race.

However, given the fact that they were not ambitious enough to reign the lands on Shima, he was slowly comprehending that the dangers of Shima outweighed the benefits.

Thus, the world bridge, which he and Beatrice got a glimpse of was exactly what allowed the Liad race to stay safe without feeling imprisoned.

The said world bridge led them to a planet that was filled with Primordial energy, and other peaceful races.

So if the Liad race wouldn't even have to fight for anything on that particular planet and settle in easily.

As such, Kyle didn't say anything else as he understood that the settlement on Shima was the place inhabiting most of the religious Liads including those who wanted to cultivate at a faster pace.

However, a majority of them had only one goal in mind- to prolong their lifespan.

After he figured that out, Kyle decided that it was best to leave the Liad race's settlement.

He could distinctly perceive something through his Nurture ability that made him understand what exactly Old Kas had meant with her words 'sensation that influences living beings'.

Somehow, this sensation didn't affect him for whatever reason.

But, upon seeing the hues below the world bridge, and Beatrice's eyes that were drawn to that direction, he understood the situation pretty well.

Relieved that they finally knew which direction to take in order to travel to the Sadorla forest, Kyle pulled Beatrice behind him.

He didn't want her to do anything she would regret later and dragged her along.

They both followed a young Liad, who had been ordered to bring them to the divine wall in the direction of the Sadorla forest.

While traveling through the vast forest, Old Kas and her late husband had used the ancient language to refer to the areas they had journeyed through.

These were the same areas Kyle had walked through as well.

Because of that, there had been a language barrier between her and Kyle earlier.

Thankfully, it was not a problem anymore.

Instead, Old Kas knew where exactly they had to step through the divine wall in order to proceed in the Sadorla forest's direction which was quite helpful.

Thus, having solved the little problem they had faced in the green Miasma, they were finally on the direct way towards their long-lost destination.

In fact, it took them much less time to find out where they had to head to, and to their fortune, the direction they had been traveling for weeks had already been correct.

Glad about the fact that they didn't have to travel back once again, both of them were relieved.

However, Beatrice was slightly unhappy about the fact that they were not able to take the object that was located deep under the world bridge with them.

In the end, Kyle had to drag her with him even after they entered the green Miasma because she continued to turn her head and stare behind as if the object below the world bridge had bewitched her.

It was only when they emerged out of the green Miasma, hours later that she regained control over her senses.

p Beatrice seemed flustered and continued to ask herself what the hell had happened to make her lose control over herself.

Meanwhile, Kyle looked at her with a dry smile, wondering why she was heavily influenced while he had been unaffected.

There were four possibilities that could be the reason for all of this.

It could either be his race, the fact that he wielded soul force, the existence of his Spirit Soul, or the Nurture ability!

Figuring out the answer to this would be interesting, but it was not essential in order to continue advancing in his journey.

Rather, it would distract him from the path he had to take.

Walking through the ginormous forest with Beatrice by his side, Kyle had to ensure to not stray away from the correct direction.

Luckily, there were many indicators to the correct direction, such as the side on which moss grew on the trees.

This and other factors acted as a compass, helping Kyle proceed ahead with the confidence of reaching his destination soon.

While they were journeying, he was trying to make sense of the map Old Kas had drawn of the Shalivra valley.

It was turned upside down, in comparison to the map he had seen before his reincarnation, but that was not an issue.

Instead, it allowed him to understand that their position might be even better than he previously assumed.

'Why did Li exaggerate so much? The Sadorla forest is only two kingdoms away from our current position…and one of the kingdoms is the Lahin kingdom, at that!'

Even though Kyle was thinking about entering the Sadorla forest, the Lahin Kingdom was where they were supposed to head to.

In fact, Selene must already be waiting for him inside the Lahin Kingdom, or to be precise the Glory Knight academy that was the place they had been talking about before they were separated.

Because of that, Kyle realized that there was only one large kingdom which they had to cross in order to reach the Lahin kingdom.

This was great, and if they were lucky enough to find a slightly larger city, they might even be able to find someone who would allow them to speed up their journey.

Kyle didn't think that this was difficult because even the most underdeveloped kingdom must have merchants that used carriages as a means of transportation.

That was under the assumption that something like taming fast beasts and using spatial rings to transport materials and objects wouldn't exist.

As such, with the lowest possible expectations, he kept advancing ahead believing to find at least the most basic means of transportation.

Fortunately, it was not as bad as Kyle had predicted.

On the contrary, after two months of traveling, the first place in the kingdom which they had entered was a large city. Kyle was beaming when he realized that it was even larger than the settlement of the Liad race, and much more developed.

This was great, and when Kyle saw bright shining chariots that shot past them in the air, he couldn't help but rejoice.

He watched in awe as multiple runes illuminated the chariots that were pulled by flying horses.

All of the horses were white in color, making it difficult for him to keep an eye on them.

They passed through the rich white clouds before disappearing behind them.

The flying horses were at least at the Krysal stage according to the speed at which they flew through the wide-open sky, but Kyle might as well be wrong with that assumption.

However, it didn't really matter what cultivation base they had as long as he could rent them to fly to the other side of the kingdom.

If he could successfully rent them, it would tremendously cut back on the distance they had to travel.

As long as that was possible, everything would be easier.

Cultivating while traveling was difficult after all, and there were many more issues they had encountered while paving a way through the ginormous forest.

The wilderness was not a place in which they could do whatever they wanted and simply relax. Activities such as cultivating, sparring, or even averting his full focus from anything other than staying vigilant of possible attacks, was out of question, to put it simply.

As such, Kyle felt that his progress was too slow, which was owing to the last few days in which he had encountered less beasts.

That was probably because they had entered the kingdom that was adjacent to the Lahin kingdom.

It was great that it was relatively safer in the kingdom than being in the open wilderness,

But even then, there were still monsters one had to pay attention to, and it could even be considered more dangerous in some areas.

This was the case owing to the intelligent beasts that had learned to lurk in the shadows and hide from the patrols of soldiers and hunters.

Their intelligence was more distinct than that of other beasts which allowed them to escape many hunters.

They had managed to survive many disastrous events, including witnessing how their kind had been slaughtered right in front of their eyes.

As such, the few encounters Kyle and Beatrice had with beasts were rather complicated owing to the long-standing hatred between humans and beasts.

Fortunately, they survived everything, even if it was mostly them gathering many beasts that had inborn hatred against each other, if it was not possible for Kyle to defeat them.

In the end, everything had worked out and Kyle was simply happy about finding a city, and a possible means to shorten their journey and time.

This was great and allowed his rather disappointing mood to improve tremendously.

It was not bad to travel through the woods with Beatrice, but at the same time, it was not exactly what he wanted to do.

Beatrice felt the same as Kyle and thus their pace increased.

Before they even realized it, they had begun to run and were even circulating their respective cultivation energy through their body, just to give them an additional speed boost.

Because of their joy they didn't even notice the dozens of hunters they rushed past that looked at them in astonishment.

"They…don't belong to us, right?" One of the hunters, with the head of a fox mumbled in confusion.

Beside him was a two-meter-tall demi-human who looked like a bipedal horse.

In response to the question, he couldn't help but sigh deeply as he blurted out.

"It looks like the next few weeks will become more entertaining!"

The Demi-humans that were a mishmash of all possible races looked at each other, not sure if the entertainment the horseman spoke of was something great, or a disadvantage to them.

The last few months had already been more than enough torture.

They were not looking forward to increasing the troubles and suffering even more.

But, it was only a moment later that a seemingly humane demi-human with fiery red feathered wings remarked,

"They're….older than it looks like…That's…interesting!" Her eyes were glowing faintly as she appeared to be deep in thoughts. It was only a moment later that a bright smile emerged on her face, visibly showing her excitement.

Oblivious to the fact that they had passed more than a dozen demi-humans, Kyle and Beatrice arrived near the gigantic walls of the city they were about to enter.

However, before they could do so, they saw a large queue of all kinds of demi-humans and other races.

They looked haggard, their bodies smeared in dirt and soot while they simply stared into nothingness with lacklustre eyes.

Their body language clearly showed that they had survived tremendous events.

Yet, contrary to the appearance of nearly everyone in the queue, the first thing Kyle realized was that he was glared at, while Beatrice was eyed weirdly.

This confused him for a moment, but before he could figure out what was going on, the glares that were directed towards him disappeared as the voice of a female could be heard behind them.

"Don't be worried about their gazes. Most of them fear the sight of anyone who looks even remotely similar to a being from Aldras! So, it's perfectly normal for you to be eyed weirdly."

Turning around, they noticed that a beautiful woman with fiery red feathered wings had appeared behind them.

If they knew that it was the woman they had passed by earlier, they would be even more suspicious, but Kyle had no time to even think about what was going on as he asked in confusion.

"What about the Aldra race? Did something happen between the Aldra race…and this kingdom?"

Upon hearing 'this kingdom' the woman stared at Kyle for a moment before she realized that both Kyle and Beatrice were not from the Demi human's home, Anadra!

As such, she weighed her words carefully before answering him.

" 'This' kingdom is called Anadra, and we were attacked by the two kingdoms that are reigned by the Aldra race because we contemplated helping the Lahin kingdom owing to the struggles in the Sadorla Forest….so I hope you are not an Aldras but a demi human like myself…

or your little girlfriend right there, otherwise, you might face quite a few issues!"

Her answer made him stare at her, not knowing what to respond to that.

He didn't even know her name, but oddly enough, he knew that she wasn't lying.

As such, he couldn't help but feel a little bit odd.

Meanwhile, Beatrice asked something that woried her.

"How do you know that I'm not an Aldras but that Kyle might be one? It's not like you know what race I belong to, right?"

Beatrice's question made her look like a little ignorant fool because it was pretty obvious that he and Beatrice were from different races.

Their appearance was polar opposite to each other and Kyle almost looked like a being from the Aldra race.

Yet, he didn't expect the woman with red fiery wings to answer her question in the way she did.

"Well, first of all, I can see that this young man's blood is coursing through your veins, and second, aren't you already too old to be ignorant to common sense?"
