Dio, who was standing near them, smiled at Steve, assuring him that nothing would go wrong again. “Look at this, The UN has revoked the Sokovia Accord, 68 out of 117 countries has withdrawn their vote, and therefore the accord is useless now! They’re clearly afraid of what we can do!” Dio said assuredly.
“If those people remain stubborn till the end, would you really do it? Destroy a few cities just for the sake of it?” T’Challa asked curiously.
“Well, I will leave it to your imagination,” Dio said while laughing.
T’Challa thought of what had happened earlier, and with the current established image of Dio as a lunatic, there was no way the nations’ leaders would take a risk!

After handing over Zemo to the UN soldiers, T’Challa immediately left the Siberian base. However, after he boarded the Wakandan Stealth plane, he saw Dio destroyed all the jets and ships in the air and in the sea while threatening the world!
T’Challa had to say that Dio really took it to the next level!
So, to mend the bridge, T’Challa sent a message to Dio, asking him to stay in Wakanda. At first, Dio wanted to take Steve and the others back to the unfinished base, but he knew that it was too risky.
So many people came and went to that building, and he didn’t really know how long Nick Fury could hide them there. And with that thoughts in mind, Dio agreed with T’Challa’s invitation.
“It’s too late now. We villains are going to use this place as our base for the time being. Well, after we figure out our next goal, we will pay all our expenses while we live here in full!” Dio said confidently. But Steve just shook his head in embarrassment as he didn’t know what to say to Dio’s shameless remark.
“Well, it’s okay. As the King of the richest country in the world, I don’t mind if you use our facilities. Just don’t destroy anything while you are here!” T’Challa said with mock seriousness.
Although T’Challa sounded like he was joking, Dio knew that it was meant for him. That was why Dio didn’t really like rich people, as they thought that their banknote could solve everything!
“Well, if that’s the case, how about you make a shield for this guy!” Dio said as he patted Steve’s shoulder shamelessly.
Steve was again embarrassed by Dio’s lack of shame. But instead, T’Challa laughed.
“It is for the better. Now, follow my guards there, he would take Mr.Rogers to the lab, and we will get him a golden shield! T’Challa said as he pointed his finger to the guard behind him. Steve was surprised as he didn’t expect T’Challa to actually take Dio’s word seriously.
To be honest, Steve also had a hard time dealing with most rich people. But it was to his own surprise that he could become a good friend with Tony like they were before all this happened.
That was also why Steve parted way with his trusted Shield, as Tony claimed it back after their little quarrel. Both of them couldn’t look past each other’s mistakes and misunderstandings and took their separate ways.

T’Challa sighed and put away the projected image and then smiled. “No, it’s nothing. I am just asking out of curiosity. But can you show me your scythe for a moment? I believe it has a very precious metal on its core to be able to cut through my Vibranium claw.” T’Challa said confidently.
“Oh, shit! I forgot that I was searching for it too! Once I find it, you can take a close look at it later! Until next time, your highness!” Dio said as he immediately left the room, but he knew that he wasn’t fooling T’Challa this time.
