“Hahaha …” Dio laughed in satisfaction as he checked the detail of [The World – Over Heaven]. However, he was a little bit curious about the newly added Soul system to use the Reality Overwrite ability. But it certainly answered his question regarding why the [World] absorbed a lot of souls while it was evolving. Furthermore, the Reality Overwrite ability was such an overpowered ability that it could be considered cheating.
If the [The World]’s time stop ability was a cheat version of the Time Gem, the Reality Overwrite was a poor man’s version of the Reality Gem! However, even if it was the budget version of the Infinity Gem, the effect was still there! The only setback of the ability was the resource required to activate! While the Time Stop ability only needed Dio’s Hamon Energy, the Reality Overwrite required souls that Dio was still not sure how to obtain without killing anyone.
The description of the Reality Overwrite Ability was still a little bit vague, but Dio knew that he needed a lot of souls if he wanted to use the grandeur effect of the ability! Thinking that he had much to do to uncover the [World – Over Heaven], Dio actually refrained from using his last Stand Arrow today.
So, without further ado, Dio immediately drove towards Hell’s Kitchen. It wasn’t because he had a soft spot for that place, but because it was the most criminal-invested area in the USA! So, it was the best place to acquire ‘Souls’ if he had to really kill someone to obtain one. However, to avoid being recognized and the hassle that he would get if the media caught wind of his activity, Dio changed his appearance.

Hell’s Kitchen’s scene at night was pure chaos. Even the police wouldn’t set foot in the street of the town at night due to the possibility of getting shot by the young thugs that scowled the place. It was normal for the people to live there to find several dead bodies at dawn as the mafia tried to overturn their enemy at every chance they get.
But then again, the people that lived in Hell’s Kitchen were the bottom of the barrel, poor people of some sort. Therefore, they weren’t afraid to get robbed as they had nothing to lose anyway. Then again, the majority of the people that lived here were connected to a gang in some way that it wasn’t a problem to begin with.
That was also the reason why Dio came into such a neighbourhood with an unusually expensive car! He knew that it would attract the thugs’ attention and made Dio their target. Sure enough, as Dio drove down the street, many pairs of greedy eyes stared at him, clearly checking his car out.
“I havn’t been here for such a long time, but it hasn’t changed at all!” Dio said with a sigh. He slowed down his car so that the thugs could catch up with him if they want to. Although he was slightly disappointed that the place was still a dump, that was exactly why he came here in the first place! So, it was better if the thugs could call up their friends and gather as many people as possible!
With a beautiful drift, Dio stopped his car in the middle of an empty road as he decided that it was better to wait. He only knew that the Hell’s Kitchen was used to be controlled by the Hand, but after not checking up Hell’s Kitchen for a long time, he might be in for a surprise this time.
Sure enough, right after Dio stopped his car, two cheap cars that have followed him for a while earlier also stopped in front of Dio. A lot of guys quickly made their way out of the cars and stood in front of Dio.
“Hey, Kid! You got guts; I will give you that! But how dare you drive around Hell’s Kitchen at this hour!” A man in his 50s came forward with a grin on his face. He was constantly checking out Dio’s car, imagining that he’d soon get his hands on it!
“What do you want?” Dio said indifferently.
“Why don’t we get to know each other? But to do that, I will need your car first! So, hand over the key, and probably we wouldn’t have to blow a hole in your head.” The man said with a shit-eating grin on his face.
“Well, what did I expect! This place was still the same as always!” Dio said with a sigh.
“What did you just say?” The man said with a frown on his face.
“I said that you are clearly amateurs! So shut up! Your mouth smells. Did you ever hear of a toothbrush? But I also forgot to tell you that anyone who dared to point their gun at me was dead!” Dio said coldly.
