Chapter 202 Conflicted Anna

'Fuck, does this system want to rip me off or something?' Max cursed in his heart. Moreover, he found that the pill he bought the last time was greyed out.
After asking the system, he discovered that everything in the system shop could be bought only once.
'If I need some medicine, I should buy it from outside and keep the system shop as a last resort.' Max thought.
