638 Resting after crisis
Vincent was taken to his bedroom and placed on his bed.
Iris and Lilith tended to Ester, Lupa, Sofy, and Mimi’s wounds. Both then helped the four rest on the bed beside Vincent.
Plow was with them. She was barely injured. It seemed as if the injuries on the larger body were shrunk along the shrinking body. Plow only had a few tiny bruises smaller than a pinky finger of a baby.
Plow wanted to rest on Vincent’s stomach with the excuse of keeping Vincent warm. She wagged her tails before resting on Vincent’s belly.
Even though it was still morning, everyone was mentally and physically tired, plus the injuries they suffered. They closed their eyes, and it appeared they had fallen asleep.
Iris had to check on the other patients next. The children had cried themselves to sleep. Russo and Maira were injured. Iris also wanted to brew nutritious drinks for everyone.
So many things to do, yet Iris was suffering from Mana Fatigue. After drinking a few gulps of Overload Vincent’s mutated blood, Iris recovered from the pain.
Regardless of benefiting from the incredible recovery rate, Iris was still mentally and physically tired. Additionally, her mana had recovered enough to reach the bare minimum.

Iris now knew where the light was coming from. She also realized why Russo now looked better, was sleeping as if he had all his energy sapped out of his body, and why he was sleeping like a baby.
