Qiao Qing licked her lips, “I’m going to sleep here.”
Jun Yexuan’s heart skipped a beat, “Who am I?”
Qiao Qing cupped his face and giggled, “Three-year-old Jun.”

He rubbed his brows and lost his composure.
He was naïve to think the hangover soup would be effective right away.
He gently pulled her hands off of him and left the bed. After he wrapped Qiao Qing tightly with the blanket, he went to the washroom.
After he cleared his head so he was free of bad thoughts, he returned to find that the person who caused all his pain was sound asleep.
Jun Yexuan chuckled, lifted the blanket, and pulled Qiao Qing into his arms, “Though I won’t do anything monstrous, I am not going to shy away from the benefits. You are staying here tonight – you wished for it.”
After he kissed her lips, he turned off the bedroom light.
With the beauty in his arms and the thoughts of how forward the girl he loved was being, it took Jun Yexuan a long time to fall asleep.
As for the heartless girl who made him sleepless, she slept throughout the night.
The next morning, Qiao Qing woke up to Jun Yexuan’s magnified face. Her heart skipped a beat.

She lowered her head and checked herself all over. Her clothes were on properly and so were his.
She also didn’t feel any discomfort. With her peripheral vision, she caught sight of the delicate bowl on the bed stand. There was a tiny bit of leftover hangover soup in there.
Qiao Qing realized what happened and her heart fluttered. She gently grazed her hand over Jun Yexuan’s purple eyebags and felt very much guilty.
“You’re awake?” A provocative voice said.
Before Qiao Qing could take back her hand, Jun Yexuan had already grabbed hold of it.
With a presumptuous smile, he started to seize her wrists with a little more pressure.
His voice remained provocative, “Do you remember anything from last night?”
Qiao Qing pursed her lips and didn’t speak. Her face, however, reddened.
“My girl sure is open-minded now.” Jun Yexuan’s desire to tease her intensified as Qiao Qing’s face turned red.
“Qingqing, if you are still open to being with me, I will not hesitate.”
Though he was joking, he was serious.
This was why Qiao Qing didn’t get angry.
Against his inquisitive gaze, Qiao Qing hesitated.
Just then, the sound of knocking interrupted them.
Jun Yexuan silently sighed. That brother-in-law of his was not an easy person to deal with.
He quickly whispered to Qiao Qing, “That might be your brother. It’d be good if you can hide in the washroom. Or else he’ll misunderstand and think we did something we haven’t done. It’s not good if he thinks of you as no longer being innocent.”
Qiao Qing nodded. She pecked him on the lips and flipped out the window.
Jun Yexuan was dumbfounded by the sudden kiss. He rested his finger on top of his lips and tapped at it while he smiled like a dumb@ss.
The knocking grew louder. Jun Yexuan snapped back to reality and rushed to the window.
After he made sure nothing looked suspicious, he went to open the door.
He was confident in Qiao Qing’s abilities. However, he loved her deeply and viewed her as a breakable treasure – he was terrified of any movement that would hurt her.
As expected, the person on the other side of the door was the immortal-looking mister.
