Axel sighed when Max finally intervened.
«Max: Anyway, I think she only got unlucky....once her teammates find her it wouldn't be much of a problem... it was just bad luck that she ran into that thing at the start and managed to enrage it.....»

«Axel: She is nursing her wounds inside….I will leave once she comes out.»

Axel looked at message and sighed. It was useless to talk with this guy...

"What the hell is taking her so long?" Axel frowned as he sat at the entrance of the building.
"Should I check?" Axel thought but shook his head. "I even asked her to scream if anything was wrong….she should be fine..."
5 more minutes passed....
Axel frowned and finally stepped into the building. He didn't want to move during the night and it was already late. Even if they started moving now, they probably wouldn't make it before it gets dark. And hence he didn't want to waste anymore time here...
Axel took out his gun and carefully walked in with utmost vigilance. His eyes were constantly scanning the area and soon he caught into the trail of blood left behind by wounded Erina.
''This place looks better than I thought…" Axel muttered as he walked through the corridor while following the blood trail.
The place wasn't that bad actually. The first floor inside was messy but there was no major damage to the structure. Even the Orena's vegetation had not reached this building yet.
"Hmmn?"
Axel suddenly stopped as he heard some sound. He then concentrated to identify what it was….a second later, his face turned ugly and his body began to tremble.
He really wanted to kill this person…..she dared to take a shower in the situation?
Why the f*ck was their water here?
In the end, he relaxed himself...took a deep breathe in and turned around to leave.
But the moment he did, an irritated voice entered his ears.
"Were you trying to peep on me?"
Axel turned around to see Erina standing there glaring at him. Her hair wet and water dripping through them. She was using the invisible cloak to cover her naked body and only her head and neck were visible...
''Huh?'' Axel looked at her.
Seriously….this was not happening with him...
"I came here because you took too long to return….who in their right mind would take a shower in such a situation? You don't even have someone guarding you here...how can you be so relax....I am leaving now that I see you are more than fine..."
"I was supposed to scream if I was in danger. Did you hear me scream?" Erina asked as she looked at him suspiciously.
Axel looked at her.
'What an ungrateful person? This is what I get for saving her…'
"Look….I am not interested in seeing you naked. If you are done then hurry up. I don't want to waste anymore time here…" Axel said and left without waiting for her reply.
Erina looked at him not aware of the two blood red eyes looking at her through the darkness.

"You gotta be kidding me?"
Veins were popping out on Axel's face. He had an intense urge to kill.
He hadn't even waited 30 minutes for Beli when they were on a date.

«Axel: I don't think I can make it. We will meet tomorrow and meet up with the next team before starting to move…» Axel informed Kear and Mark.

Suddenly Axel raised his head when he heard some weird noises only to see some creatures leaving through the third floor of the building into the open night sky..

He immediately dashed inside the building because he knew what it was….
Bats!!!
He hadn't checked the upper floors of the building since it was a matter of a few minutes….but who would have thought that Erina would take so long…
Did something happen...
As he rushed into the place, he couldn't see her at all. He looked at the stairs and hid himself under the invisible cloak as he began to head up.
But after taking a step, he immediately tripped over something.
Axel looked at the floor and there was practically nothing there.
"Don't tell me…"
He held his hand out and immediately felt something soft.
He immediately pulled the empty air and it turned into a cloak revealing Erina's figure beneath.
Axel's eyes popped out for a second before he covered her back up to her neck.
This girl was still naked!!!
"What happened? Are you fine…." Axel asked as he looked at her. He could see that her face was a bit red and she was angry for what just had happened. But her eyes seemed to be trying to convey something else more urgent to him.
Axel knew that something was wrong. He immediately picked her and ran towards the entrance.
But as he was about to reach, a shadow landed near the entrance. It's wing almost reached both ends of the building to the point where it had pulled them in.
Its red eyes were looking at Axel as if he was food.
Now it made sense, she was poisoned. Blood bats poison induced a paralysis at the initial stage and then the torture would start.
Well, this thing shouldn't have such an immediate effect on Erina considering that it was only a low-grade savage beast. A colony leader at most….But she was weak at the moment, and became its prey without being able to utter a single word…
But that wasn't even what surprised Axel the most, he was more surprised that the fact that it was intelligent enough to use Erina as bait to draw him in….

But after taking a step, he immediately tripped over something.
Axel looked at the floor and there was practically nothing there.

He held his hand out and immediately felt something soft.
He immediately pulled the empty air and it turned into a cloak revealing Erina's figure beneath.
Axel's eyes popped out for a second before he covered her back up to her neck.
This girl was still naked!!!
"What happened? Are you fine…." Axel asked as he looked at her. He could see that her face was a bit red and she was angry for what just had happened. But her eyes seemed to be trying to convey something else more urgent to him.
Axel knew that something was wrong. He immediately picked her and ran towards the entrance.
But as he was about to reach, a shadow landed near the entrance. It's wing almost reached both ends of the building to the point where it had pulled them in.
Its red eyes were looking at Axel as if he was food.
Now it made sense, she was poisoned. Blood bats poison induced a paralysis at the initial stage and then the torture would start.
Well, this thing shouldn't have such an immediate effect on Erina considering that it was only a low-grade savage beast. A colony leader at most….But she was weak at the moment, and became its prey without being able to utter a single word…
