Max had just returned after getting his work done when he bumped into someone familiar.
It was Lora.
She was there most likely to meet them and behind her were her two bodyguards probably.
"Why didn't you tell me you guys were coming? I had to hear it from someone else," She gave Max a look and then smiled.
"It was last minute plan," Max shook his head helplessly. There wasn't anything he could do here.
"I heard Elly and Janet are here as well?" Lora asked as she gestured her guards to disperse and not get in her way. They were free to do their job but not make it awkward for her. She then two walked into the Hotel with Max.
"Yeah, they are here as well." Max nodded with a smile.
"You really did well in the competition, you are famous now," She said looking at Max still a bit surprised at his display of strength. Lear used to tell her that Max was strong but this was really too much.
"Well, it didn't work though and I had to withdraw as well." Max said with a sigh before continuing, "Lear is the star now, good for you."
"Hmph! That guy only knows how to act and fool people," Lora harrumphed but the happiness on her face was evident. She was clearly very proud of him.
"By the way, do you want me to let you on a secret?" Max asked with a smile.
How could one not be curious after hearing something like that.
"What secret?" She asked looking at Max.
"Lear's mom is here," Max replied with a low voice and she immediately froze.
The shock on her face was a sight to see.
"She is here in a disguise. I almost got fooled. She had been snooping around to see what kind of friends Lear has and it seems that Lear has already informed her about you as well," Max said with a smile and showed her his most honest face, "Don't tell it to anyone and pretend that you don't recognize her when you meet, okay?"
Lora nodded.
He didn't tell her about how to behave, it was obvious after all. He could already see her posture changing a bit. Max was sure that she would be showing Lesia her best behavior.
'You want to play the proposal game with her? I will make sure that you wouldn't have any chance for that.' Max let out an evil laugh inwardly. He would spoil the taste of victory that guy wanted.

"Calm down!" Lear screamed as he grabbed Wilson from behind while Eren grabbed his feet and the other guys came in to stop him as well.
"Let me go! I will destroy it all!" Wilson screamed in anger.
Now you are probably imagining what in hell was happening here.
Well let's go a bit back in time…..
A few minutes earlier….
"Damn you! How could you leave me alone their!" Lear screamed at Wilson after finally being freed by Eren the angel who had come to his rescue after hearing his screams from the next room.
Wilson didn't pay any attention to Lear and just calm sat there watching the competition. It was the last day and only a few people were left in there.
"Its boring, let's switch to something else," Terry said as he took the remote.
"What are you going to watch? Daily soap dramas?" Riser asked with a smile. He wasn't a fan of this entertainment shows to begin with.
"How about we watch the Academy's forum? I heard a lot of people had joined it recently. We can see what people think about us there? We are probably celebrities now!" Terry said in excitement while others shook their head except Lear who was curious to know the public opinion about him after his recent heroic deeds.
The two then got onto forum and started to check it out.
"Hahaha!!!" Lear laughed out loud when he showed the post with most up votes had the title, 'The Bravest Guy Alive!!/ Arcane's True G.O.A.T!!'
"Open your eyes and watch it!" Lear announced with a triumphed look on his face specially eyeing Wilson as he played the clip.
But the moment it started, people couldn't help but frown because it didn't show Lear at all and was showing Axel and Erina standing there face to face with each other.
They seemed to be engaged in some conversation…
"Do you want my father and Wilson to know that we kissed and that I am going crazy in your love..."
"Beep!" Lear switched off the T.V.
"Don't you guys think its pretty late? We should go and sleep?" He said with a smile and yawned.
"Yeah, we should…" Eren nodded.
Riser looked at the two and was speechless. It hadn't even been two hours since they had their breakfast. At least come up with some good ideas.
As Lear was about to leave, a thin thread of lighting went shooting past him stopping him dead in his path and then he heard an icy cold voice, "Play it…"
"..." A silence engulfed the place.
The people in room gulped nervously as Lear switched the T.V. on and played the clip. He didn't have any idea what was happening in that damn clip. Because what they had witnessed in the competition was clearly the opposite. Love my ass, unless they were acting to fool others or had some strange and abusive love habits.
Let's just say that Axel was weird for once but what about Erina? Lear really didn't know.
The clip was once again played and people could feel the tensions rise in their surroundings.
"Do you want my father and Wilson to know that we kissed and that I am going crazy in your love..."
"So, what after that? Do you want me to ask them for your hand in marriage, babe?"
"Do you have the guts…I bet they will do something to you in order to separate us...I can't even think of a life without you..."
"Do you think I am afraid of your father?"
And the clip ended there.
"Find out all the details, I want to see what else happened when I wasn't looking.." Wilson muttered with a calm voice but it really made people feel that a blade was hanging over their neck.
Lear shivered but still opened up the search bar and typed in 'Axel x Erina'.
People around couldn't help but give him a look. Was this guy doing it on purpose?
And as expected there were fans who liked to ship people and they had taken all the clips from the competition and put them together into a video. That combined with their editing skills made it into a next level sh*t.
People's faces twitched when they saw the edited video with hearts flying all around and the music which was clearly matching the atmosphere. It was enough to convince anyone that the two were madly in love. Most of the footage was from the last day as the two had been working together because of the lack of members.
But that wasn't the matter here.
Wilson suddenly got up and looked at the clock. It still needed a lot of time for Axel to come out. In that case, he suddenly went into one of the rooms and brought out a big cart which contained all of Axel's stuff.
"What are you going to do?" Lear frowned.
"I will burn this thing for now." Wilson replied with a smile which was menacing enough to give people nightmares.
"Phew!" Eren breathed in relief.
"Idiot! Didn't you listen properly he said he would burn that thing for 'now'?" Lear said as he looked at him. It was obvious that he was planning to burn something else later.
"Didn't Axel say he would kill anyone who dares to touch his stuff?" Eren asked looking at him.
Lear looked at Wilson and gritted his teeth before finally jumping on his back. He had to stop it or it would definitely be a war this time.
"Get off of me!" Wilson clearly was more than strong enough to flung Lear away.
"What are you guys doing help me out!" Lear screamed and the rest of the guys exchanged a look before jumping in the fray.
