Trinity Academy..
Axel had just come to his stands when a message came from Max.
[[Ruler: I need some information from Erina. Go to the hospital. It's urgent.]]
Axel frowned.
He wondered what this was all about now. He thought that Max was about to go on his way to complete the mission he had been assigned. But, it seemed that something was different here.
"I will be leaving. I have something important to do." Axel looked at Eren, "Take care of things in my absence.."
"What is going on? You definitely are hiding something.." Eren frowned. He would be a fool if he hadn't figured it out until now. He knew that these people had some things that they always discussed in private. Even though they were not treating them differently, it still created a barrier between them.
Eren had been feeling it. He felt that he was different from them. They were a single team, but divided. And now Mark, Lear, August and Wilson are missing. They had actually not participated in the competition. On the top of it, Axel was now leaving as well when the first day had not come to closure yet.
He obviously didn't think that they were just trying to shake their responsibilities and have fun out there. He knew they weren't like that. So, there was only one other reason here. There was something of even greater importance that they couldn't turn their heads away from.
"You want to help me?" Axel asked with a smile, "If you really want to do that, then just do my job in my absence."
Well, that certainly wasn't what he was asking for. But, Axel didn't give him another chance to speak and immediately got out of the place.
'What kind of luck is it? Why do I have to be the one to do this?' Axel grumbled inwardly. But, there was no other choice now that he was given the responsibility.
[[How serious is it? You have to compensate me for spoiling my day once again.]] Axel messaged Max.
[[Ruler: We might have a lead on Lear if this works..]]
Axel's face immediately turned serious.
He really wasn't feeling well after what happened with Lear. Not to mention, the last thing he did to him before him turning like that was not something worthy of praise.
He had actually made the voice changing device that Max had used to imitate Lora's voice. He thought it was a good idea to fool Lear. But, he didn't know when and how Max was going to do it.
Still, he could be considered to be part of the plan to fool Lear.

"It stinks.." Naze grabbed his nose as his face contorted, turning very ugly.
"You were expecting it to be fragrant?" Max gave him a look, he really didn't understand if the guy was really like this or it was just his way of acting like a fool when he actually wasn't.
"We are here…" Naze muttered as he looked at the tunnel which connected to the manhole above. "It will lead us to the parking lot."
They would be inside the compound once they got outside.
Max took the lead, and went up as he released his domain to sense if there was any person around there. Luckily, there weren't any. With all the chaos going on, people were out there fighting or guarding the surroundings of the building.
Max quietly slid out the covering of the manhole and got out of it. Naze soon followed after him as well.
Max then used his elemental powers, and it only took him a moment to get them clean and odor free. The water element cleaned them thoroughly and the fire dried them out.
"Your powers sure are handy.." Naze complimented.
The two of them then quietly began to move towards the stairs leading above as the elevator wasn't that of a good choice. It might force them into a corner if they met enemies on any of the floor.
"There are movements ahead, what do you want to do?" Naze asked as he looked at Max. The stairway leading upstairs actually had two people near it. They seemed to be chatting with cigarettes in their hands.
"Can't believe we are going to war.." One of the guys standing with railing spoke as his support shook his head.
"The Roxley's sure have gone insane. Are they really trying to make an enemy out of the Dark Society by declaring a full blown war?" The other guy on the ground had a frown on his face.

Max looked at the two guys and then released his domain. And, a frown emerged on his face.
The two people were at the peak of Expert Tier.
"Can you take one out in a single blow?" He asked Naze. He could use his domain and surely reduce their strength significantly. But, if they couldn't end it in a single strike, it wouldn't take a second for an Expert Tier mage to cause a commotion and attract people when they were so nearby.
"Take the lead.." Naze nodded.
"On the count of three.." Max muttered as his dagger appeared in his hands, and he adjusted his stance. There was no chance of mistake, if they failed and got surrounded, it would be their doom.
Naze prepared himself as well and that strange domineering energy began to leak out of him.
"One…"
"Two.."
"Three!!"
"Whoosh!"
The two immediately dashed out their hiding spots with Max taking the lead. Both of them had draped the invisible cloak over themselves, and this helped them in getting closer without being noticed.
But, its effect didn't last long.
The two guys finally seemed to have sensed the two incoming presence when the duo were a couple of steps away and reacted.
The frown on Max's deepened. It seemed that they would be unable to make it.
At this moment, black strings suddenly flew out from behind and grabbed onto the two people, tightly locking onto them for a second.
"One second!" Naze's desperate voice sounded from behind as he adapted to the situation and instead of attacking, moved to restrict the two in front of him. But, he could only totally stop them for a second, after that, they would at least be able to scream.
But, that would be only possible if Max missed..
"Swish!"
And, he didn't.
Two heads rolled down on the stairs and blood dyed the place red.
"Let's go.." Max waved his hand, and sent the dead bodies towards the graveyard he had built in the spirit world.
Naze followed after Max, and the two quietly proceeded ahead while dodging the guards. The two of them both were lucky in a sense that they weren't mana users. If not, there was definitely a great chance of them being detected by the Grandmaster Tier presence.
"Get into that room…" Max tapped on the guy's shoulder and informed him.
Naze nodded and after checking out if the path was clear or not, he quietly sneaked in with Max following behind.
The two of them finally were able to take a breath as Max locked the door behind.
"So, what's the plan?" Naze asked as he looked at Max.
Max turned his head towards him, and the next instant, a lady appeared in thin air and Max caught her by her waist preventing her from crashing onto the floor.
She was unconscious.
"I don't do such things…it's against my ethics.." Naze looked at the lady and shook his head.
Max's face twitched and a vein popped up on his forehead.
"What the hell are you thinking?! We are not going to do anything wrong!" Max retorted in anger. He really wanted to strangle this guy.
The lady in Max's arm obviously was Freya.
"Help me tie her up…" Max frowned and then proceeded to tie her up onto a chair
"You sure we are not doing anything wro-" The guy shut his mouth when Max glared at him.
"Shoot a video when I ask you to." Max muttered and passed his phone over to Naze.
A second later, his skin color began to change, and so did his appearance. It was the ability that was granted by his spirit mark. Max had managed to perfect it to this extent with his Bahamut's advice. After all, his family had a technique with similar ability.
Max then walked up to Freya and took out a double sided spear. It was the same weapon that Wilson had seized from Neo. It was in his safe custody for now. And, thank god it was, if not he would have to think of something else.
Max kept the weapon by her chair, and then gave Naze a nod asking him to begin it.
"Tap!"
"The Patriarch and Great Elder of Yule Family. You people dare to support the Roxley's on this crazy stunt." Max looked at the camera with murderous look on his face, and then picked the weapon before pointing it at Freya's neck. The blade pierced a little into her skin and a drop of blood trickled down.
"If you want a war like the Roxleys then you will get it…" He then slowly walked towards the window and the camera followed behind showing the chaotic scene of the place outside.
"Ocien will see the same…" He then slightly turned his head, and stared at the camera once again with that crazy look on his face. "Ask the Scarlet Lord to be prepared.."
With that the recording was cut off, and Max put both the weapon and Freya into the spirit world.
"You were an actor before?" Naze asked Max with a surprised look on his face.
Max just smiled, he had an acting skill before which was later turned passive. He was at the level where he could star in movies.
"Give that to me.." Max took the phone in his hand, and smiled before sending it to Axel along with his next instructions.
Now, as long as Axel did his job, it should all work.
