"Where.. am..I?" Rihanna held her head feeling a throb. She was having a headache and couldn't remember what had happened clearly.
She opened her eyes, and couldn't make out things clearly. Everything seemed very blurry to her. But, she could definitely make a few shadows in front of her. And, as she tried to move her body, she found herself being restrained with some chains. Even her energy was sealed, and she couldn't move it at all.
"What is this?" A feminine voice sounded in Rihanna's ear, but she couldn't recognize it in her state.
If Rihanna could see clearly, she would definitely be surprised to find that this person was actually the current lady of the Scarlet House, Talia.
Talia had just arrived at this place, and a frown appeared on her face when she saw this girl in the corner.
As for the man standing in front of her, it was the person who had given the order to capture Rihanna, and this man was the leader of the Dark Society in Ocean, the Master of Envy, Istadore.
"Why keep her alive?" Talia asked as she looked at Istadore with a frown on her face.
"Well, she doesn't seem to be an ordinary member of the Ancient Family," Istadore calmly replied and it made Talia give Rihanna another careful look.
Rihanna was in disguise and it definitely prevented Talia from recognizing her.
"Disguise?" Talia asked as she turned her head towards Istadore.
"Most likely. But, it is not a simple disguise. Trying to forcefully remove it might leave her disfigured, and prevent us from identifying her."
"Those guys really have their methods.." Talia shook her head in surprise. "Well, there is no need to be in a hurry. Someone might identify her for us."
"Speak of the devil.." She smiled and then took a mask out from her storage device before wearing it.
A second later, two people arrived..
One was a Young man, and the other was a middle aged man who was most likely his guard. And, this guy was releasing the aura of a top tier Supreme. It was clear that this young man was not an ordinary guy.
Both of them had their faces covered as well.
"Welcome, Sir, we have been waiting for you.." Talia changed her voice and spoke with a polite tone.
"Where is the Old man? Who are you guys?" The Young man spoke in an irritated tone..
Rihanna who was tied in the corner suddenly recognized the voice, and spoke, "Preston? Is that you?"
"Hmmn? Rihanna?" The guy spoke in surprise as he turned his head towards the corner.
Talia's eyes behind her mask shone with a strange light when she heard the name taken by Preston. She definitely knew who Rihanna was.
"Preston! Help me!!" Rihanna immediately cried for help. Even though they weren't the best of friends. They were still on one side.
"Do you know her, Sir?" Talia asked as she looked at Preston.
As Preston was about to say something, the person behind him suddenly stopped and whispered something in his ears.
Preston quietly stood there with his expression unknown, and a second later, he finally spoke, "No, I seemed to be mistaken.."
Rihanna who heard that suddenly felt her hope disappearing into ashes. She couldn't understand it.

Even though she should have been smart enough to think of a few reasons, she couldn't do so in her current state of panic.
"Where is the Old man? I am here to meet him, and not some other people. If he is not going to come, I will take my leave." Preston calmly stated and turned around to take his leave.
"He will be arriving soon, Sir. You should keep a little patience," Talia said with a calm tone.
Preston's step paused as he gave the woman a look. A second later, he snorted and just moved towards the side to wait for the man.
Talia on the other hand, shifted her gaze towards Rihanna with a smile on her face. This was a big fish that she had managed to catch. She couldn't even begin to think of the numerous ways that she could use this person for.
But, she also knew that since this person was missing, the Ancient Families wouldn't keep quiet. She would have to move fast, and no one knew if this girl still had any method of letting her location be known to her family.
"Prepare the Portal, we are transferring her.." She lightly whispered to Istadore, and his face immediately changed.
"Only for her?" He asked in confusion. This was going to cost them an astronomical amount. Not to mention the chances of the portal being discovered through the fluctuations.
That thing was only meant to be used in a situation of failure so that Talia could retreat successfully. And, yet she was willing to use it for sending Rihanna back.
"Don't ask too much, do as asked," Talia said in a commanding tone, and the Istadore nodded.

"What are you planning to do now?" Naze asked as he looked at Max.. From the current situation, things weren't looking too good for them.
Except for things prepared for Erina going well, every other thing seemed to have hit a blockade.
Max didn't think that the Dark Society would begin the game of Hide and Seek with them. And, to be honest, he really underestimated the role of Scarlet House in this. He thought that they would just calmly watch them and not involve themselves in this. But, from the looks of it, that wasn't the case. If not, how in hell were they able to avoid them so easily..
It was as if they were able to know their every move.
