Gu Juexi pushed Ye Yuwei’s hand away unhappily.
“Acting up again?” Ye Yuwei asked sarcastically, her hand suspended mid-air.
Yes, he was acting up but only because he was jealous.
He had no idea whose number that was but the call wouldn’t have gone on for five minutes if it was just a wrong number. On top of that, the call was made from the US.

Ye Yuwei stopped washing the fruits and dried her hands with a towel while walking out of the bathroom. “You checked my phone?” Ye Yuwei asked as she picked up her phone and saw the call history with Qian Yikun after she unlocked it.
Gu Juexi’s expression was still menacing.
“What were you trying to do, Gu Juexi?” Ye Yuwei asked as she deleted the call history.
“I am jealous,” Gu Juexi growled and Ye Yuwei fell silent.
What did he mean? Why was he being loud when she should be the one raising her voice?

“It was Qian Yikun,” said Ye Yuwei honestly, “he said he is transferring back to China.”

“The birthday of our children. I wouldn’t ask if I had an IQ like yours,” said Gu Juexi complacently.
