However, it wasn’t the time to fret over such things.
With this in mind, I decided to accept the reality from which I desperately wanted to escape.
And now that I’ve accepted it, all that was left was to prepare for the worst. So I regained my composure and wrote down the events that occurred in the game in chronological order, along with the main characters.
Of course, the language in which I wrote was Japanese.
Our family has many enemies, and it is impossible to trust all the servants.
I can’t repent if my ideas and strategies are exposed, and I fail and die because of doing it.
In light of the fact that even my own family was not fond of me, I should consider everyone who comes in and out of the Kvist household, including my family, to be an enemy and act accordingly.
Now. Although I digress, this game, Dragon Fantasy Knight – Labyrinth of Love, was basically a game that focused on romance, as the title ‘Labyrinth of Love’ implies.
The main character undertakes quests to fulfill the wishes of each heroine, with the heroine’s favorability rating increasing as he completes them.
Although the game was not well received by people who wanted to focus only on the adventure or only on the romance, the wide variety of twists and the many different developments made the game addicting enough to want to play it over and over again.
I got so hooked on the game that I played it every waking hour and spared every meal to complete all the story events and the images that were awarded in the story events.
Looking back now, I might not think it was such a big deal. But for me, at the time, the game was all that mattered.
And what’s more, the game also had a friendly setting for lapsed players, allowing them to carry over their status from a previously completed game.
Although there was some controversy about this setup, it was appreciated past a certain level because of the relief of not having to re-do everything when they try it again.
And I, of course, was one of the few players who took full advantage of this feature.
The difficulty of the strategy jumps to the point where it may take a year or more to see all the events if you don’t take over in the first place if you’re not good enough.
Some people said that it was basically cheating to bring over the previous status, but I would like to reply out loud that it wasn’t cheating or anything. Being strong in a new game is still a man’s romance.
With these thoughts in mind, I wrote down as much knowledge as I could remember in Japanese.
TLN: Though I’m still unsure of picking this series or not, I’ll release 1 chap a day.
