She licked her lips. “But I have complete confidence I can reverse his control on me and keep him from self-destructing, killing him!”
With this, she cut off her connection to Venerable Li, for Zhou Daofu had already flown to her.
When he saw her closed eyes and tender skin, a depraved look appeared in his eyes. His hand stroked her cheeks, and he sighed. “This old one has never tried such a tender doll before. I wonder how she’ll taste.”

And at this moment, Yuan Chu sensed him suddenly speeding up the absorption! If he drained her and all the other women, he might ascend from the Nascent Soul Realm.
However, would she let him succeed?
Yuan Chu opened her eyes and smiled. It was time!
Zhou Daofu felt something wasn’t right. He opened his eyes and saw Yuan Chu smiling at him.
His eyes widened. “You! How is this possible?!”

And in his alarm, Yuan Chu used her strongest move to attack his chest. Her Nascent Soul power shook the cave. Zhou Daofu crashed to the ground, and the trigram formation split apart. All the trapped women escaped their bindings and fled.
“You… How is this possible? Impossible…”
Bruised, Zhou Daofu retreated. He was certain Yuan Chu drank that tea because the pink spiritual energy still lingered in her body. How did she wake up and not be bound by illusions?
Could she, a seven-year-old, have such a stable mind? Could she, who was cast into a Nascent Soul, have no instability in her heart at all?
Zhou Daofu didn’t forget to counterattack amidst his alarm.
He had a late-stage Nascent Soul cultivation. Even if he was hurt, he shouldn’t have any problem defeating Yuan Chu, a mid-stage Nascent Soul, right?
But reality slapped Zhou Daofu in the face. Yuan Chu crushed all of his attacks. She was swift and fierce. A wave of her spiritual energy destroyed half the prison.
Those women hurried to escape out of the opening. Zhou Daofu wanted to escape as well, but Yuan Chu grabbed him and pressed him down with her strikes.
He had never experienced this before. In his anxiousness, Zhou Daofu wanted to self-destruct! As long as his Nascent Soul could escape in the explosion, he would still have the chance to seize someone’s body.
But as he thought of self-destructing, he discovered spiritual energy that was not his had formed an imprisonment formation around his dantian! He couldn’t even self-destruct?!
Now, Zhou Daofu was truly afraid, but he thought of something. He clenched his teeth. Under the danger of Yuan Chu heavily injuring him, he pulled back the seal. In the next second, Ye Chenyuan was grasped in his hands.
Yuan Chu had withdrawn the fatal blow aimed at Zhou Daofu’s head, but she was a step too late. The move would have crippled him if not killed him. Yet now, seeing Ye Chenyuan in his hands, Yuan Chu was upset.
She had miscalculated. She didn’t have the body from before she reincarnated. Her body was too small. It wasn’t suited for such a tyrannical style. She should have beat Zhou Daofu to death before he grabbed Ye Chenyuan!
