The sky outside had already turned pitch black with only a little light from the moon. Li Shi Ying used an oil lamp inside her tent but it was still dim so she couldn't really see who is it outside her tent as the lightning wasn't good.
Li Shi Ying was the only one who sleep in a tent as Jiu Wei and Di Yu took turn to guard her tent and Chen was nowhere to be seen since they left the capital city. Maybe he was cooling down his emotion or something.
How could someone entered her tent?? Wasn't Jiu Wei or Di Yu guarded her tent?! Or...they were being kidnapped by a high ranked beast tamer and....
Li Shi Ying imagination ran wild and she was instantly on her guard.
Li Shi Ying quickly woke up and grabbed a knife from Mao Mao space. She also summoned her pink panther to prepare if someone launched a sneak attack to her.
"Miss...?" a familiar sound greeted her in the dark of night.
Even when Li Shi Ying couldn't see the person face, just from his voice alone she could know who he was.
Ahhh so it was Chen...(￣▽￣) hufff...she thought it was a flower thief or enemy....

"May i come in?" Chen voice was gentle and he didn't immediately came to Li Shi Ying tent as he used to be. Chen used to suddenly went into Li Shi Ying room in the middle of the night or in the morning but it seemed that tonight, Chen didn't do it.
....should i allow him to come? But wasn't we in cold war this morning? Why the hell he started a conversation with her now? ?
Actually Chen also didn't want to break the cold war first but....he didn't know why that he felt insecure. Li Shi Ying really didn't talk at all during the day and this made Chen restless.
He expected Li Shi Ying to broke the cold war first as he knew that she was kind toward him but....Li Shi Ying was unexpectedly more stubborn than he thought!
During the journey to the outside of capital city, Li Shi Ying rode her camuflage horse not with Chen but with Jiu Wei. Usually Chen would be the one riding with her but today she refused.
Starting then...Chen started to felt insecure. All the jobs which usually done by Chen was now slowly being taken by Di Yu and Jiu Wei. Li Shi Ying really ignored Chen as if he never existed in the first place.
From making campfire, setting up the tent...to take turn guarding the tent, Li Shi Ying never asked Chen to do it and instead letting Chen to do whatever he wanted, as if he wasn't a part of her group at all.
Chen heart began to waver. He felt uncomfortable being treated like this when usually Li Shi Ying would rely more to him. Now his place was snatched away and given to the newcomer, Di Yu.
Even when they encountered spiritual beasts on the way to their place now, Di Yu and Jiu Wei were the one who killed them all. Chen was prohibited to do anything.
This made Chen began to reflected on his action this morning. For him it was a normal thing but when he thought about it in Li Shi Ying point of view...he realized that he was indeed wasn't normal.
He was supposed to be 'Chen', Li Shi Ying bodyguard, he wasn't the prince of dragon clan anymore right now he had to follow his current identity.
He had killed a person in front of Li Shi Ying when Li Shi Ying had ordered him to stop. This....was something bad for his current identity as bodyguard....
He got carried away with Li Shi Ying kindness to his new identity and forgot that slowly he started to behave like a prince...not like a bodyguard at all.
After thinking it through....Chen finally admitted that he was wrong. For the first time in his life, Chen admitted his mistake.
Chen looked toward Li Shi Ying tent and made his decision. It didn't matter whether he was a prince or not but a true man had to apologize to someone else if they did wrong.
Chen actually felt embarrassed to apologize to his bunny but he didn't want the cold war to continue more than a day and he was indeed wrong to not obeying his bunny order so....aishh...for now let's go to her tent first.
"It's...em...for this morning...i..." Chen sat down near Li Shi Ying place and scratched his cheek sheepishly.
