Fluffy, pure white hairs.

They are probably mycelium of mushrooms. The mycelium grows all at once from the main part of the rehalzam that touches the floor. The mycelium grows to the length of a short man's hair.

The mycelium is lifted up by the mycelium, and the mucus moves in an undulating motion.

The mycelium takes the form of a four-legged animal and separates. The size of a puppy.

The mycelium covered with mycelium looks like a head.

The head is about the same size as a human head.

And a body the size of a puppy.

Distorted.

A four-legged slimeball with only hair like that comes at you.

To Taura and Ary, who have hunted down all the gum slime.

Perhaps because they are four-legged, they move more quickly than the gum slime.

"Is this a hair cut?"

Taura tilts her head and swings her sword at the leaping slimeball. The tip of the sword slices through the mycelium of the head.

But the slimeball continues to move.

Taura calmly dodges.

"The mushroom is in the hair at the back of its head! The size is quite small."

Loa calls out to Taura from my side.

I glance at Loa and see a sparkle of magical elements. He seems to be using both farsightedness and clairvoyance at the same time.

"Thank you. I'll see what I can do with it.

Taura swings his sword as if he is going to cut the enemy's head to shreds.

One of the blows seems to have caught the body hidden in the mycelium. The slime melts away, losing its shape.

"Well, that's nasty. Small and fast. And I can't see any weakness. But, well, it's no problem if you cut it into small pieces."

"I'm not good at this. Lois, you'll have to take over.

"Yes."

Ary swapped places with Loa and moved closer to me.

Using only his clairvoyant magic eye, Loa unleashed one spear after another, scattering the hairs of his enemies.

"Oh, my hair! How dare you! More! More food! Hey, is anybody out there?

Riharzam is making some noise as he sees his own mucous being hit one after the other.

─ ─ When you separate the mucous like this, does the body of the main body become smaller?

I observed Riharzam making a fuss.

I looked closely at the body of Rehalzam, which at first covered all the walls of the room, but now I could see a gap between the body and the ceiling.

I see. Is it a good idea to continue separating the body? But why doesn't the main body move? ...... Maybe it's stuck because it's eaten too much?

All the surrounding mushroom people have been purified with my Rabbit Potion, so no matter how much noise Rehalzam makes, of course no one will come.

The big guy who was giving instructions must have lost his mushrooms and must have fainted somewhere around here.

Still, Rehalzam continues to make noise. He looks a little pathetic, including his disfigured appearance, but I pull myself together.

In the first place, even though they are a demon tribe, they have lost their senses, perhaps because they are just starting out. That's one of the reasons why I think I can defeat them without much trouble. If anything, I think that Rehalzam was more troublesome when he was a human being.

─ ─ However, we need to round up all the parasitic mushrooms that are spreading all over the country, don't we? Well, that's why I concocted this special Bloody Potion.

I touch the bottle of Bloody Potion fastened to my belt, timing my movements.

─ ─ If you are a demon tribe that belongs to the theory of primordial magic, a path by primordial magic is connected between your body and your dependents. If we can inject the Bloody Potion, a hybrid of primordial magic and alchemy, into Rehalzam's core, we should be able to purify all the parasitic mushrooms in the country that belong to Rehalzam's household through that path. The problem is that there is only one Bloody Potion.

"We should take all possible precautions..."

I can't help muttering. I wave my hand to Ary, who looks at me as if to ask if something is wrong, and apologize that it is nothing.

I'm sorry, but let's just keep fighting and let him shave a little more off his body.

Meanwhile, Riharzam's body is getting smaller and smaller. At last its body is reduced to half the size of the wall, about twice the height of a man.

I move to settle the matter.
