One of them was a black-haired youth who had his hair styled with some light gel and crisp handiwork. Adding on to his already stylish look, the boy was wearing some blue denim ripped jeans with a white hoodie and a red and black plaid flannel over it.
He was truly the spitting image of a handsome young man in this day and age.
On the other hand, the girl who walked side by side with him was not too different from the literal image of a goddess gracing the earth.
Matching the boy, the girl wore a similarly colored red and black plaid flannel over a solid black shirt with some ripped skinny jeans that emphasized her divinely shaped legs.
For her hairstyle today, the girl decided to go with a cute and practical ponytail to have the best of both worlds.
Any bystander looking at the couple would realize that they were matching on purpose.
However, a majority of the single people in the crowd were cringing at the sparkling couple.

Their first destination in today's busy plans was to visit a small petting zoo pop-up that was staying in the area for a bit.

"Oh! Look at the big sign over there!" Akari exclaimed. "The cute animals are waiting for us!"
Excitedly pointing to the big sign, Akari pulled Takei forward with tremendous strength.
Finding it hard to resist snuggling up to the cute excitable girl next to him, Takei suppressed his burning emotions and followed Akari to the petting zoo.
After a few moments of walking, they arrived at the entrance of the petting zoo and noticed that there were none of their famous lines that would supposedly wrap around the block.
It's probably because it's early in the morning on a weekend. If I had to guess, everyone is probably sleeping in today.
With it barely being nine in the morning, Takei was undoubtedly spot on with his assumption.
When they arrived at the ticket booth, the employee glanced at them real quick and nodded.
"How many tickets?"
"Two 1-hour passes please."
"That'll be twenty dollars even."
As soon as Akari heard the price, she reached for her wallet to pay for the passes, but Takei swiftly stopped her.
"I got it."
"But..."
He really didn't want Akari to pay, due to Takei's male pride getting in the way.
All he wanted was for Akari to have a good time without worrying about the money, so he heavily insisted that he should be the one paying.
As a result, Takei ruffled Akari's hair while also simultaneously handing over the money needed from his own wallet.
"Don't worry about the money, let's just have fun for now!"
With a cheerful voice, he tried his best to reassure Akari that having fun was the most important thing here.
"Mm, okay... Let's pet some animals then~"
Sensing Takei's genuine intentions, Akari smiled and went along with his charade.
Once the employee finished counting the money, they placed a bracelet around both Takei and Akari's wrists.

With those last parting words, the employee opened the gate and let the couple in to the petting zoo.
The first animal that the couple decided to go play with was undoubtedly the bunnies.
Since it was still relatively early in the morning, there were not that many people here, which was good for Akari who wanted to be smothered by the fluffy animals.
"How about that one? He looks real friendly."
Takei pointed towards a snow white bunny that was lazily slouching around.
"Pfft..."
"What's so funny?"
"That bored look that the bunny has reminds me of you."

Takei couldn't say anything, since Akari's statement was true beyond a shadow of a doubt.
The bunny looked disinterested in his surroundings and was just laying about without a care in the world.
Seeing this familiar sight bright a smile to Akari's face, which prompted her to walk forward and pick the bunny up.
She began to slowly rub its fur with a content smile on her face.
"That's not the only reason why he reminds me of you..."
As the petting continued, the bunny's bored look began to melt away and was replaced by a joyful look that told Akari that he was having a grand time.
"At first, you both try to maintain a distance from everyone else to ensure that you're disconnected from the monotony of normality..." Akari began to explain. "However... that changes when a certain fated someone enters the equation."
Describing herself as an external force, Akari happily prided herself on being a force of change
"Once the both of you open your hearts to someone, an overabundant amount of affection and trust is shared with the other person. That's why this bunny reminds me of you. Both of you have amazingly big hearts."
