They apply direct pressure on the wound with a clean cloth, and piece of gauze until bleeding stops.When they see blood soaks through the material, they did not remove it. And add more cloth and gauze on top of it and continue to apply pressure.
They carry him in bed while they applying pressure in the wound after a few minutes the blood stop flowing they gently remove his cloth to check his overall condition.
Head Surgeon can't help shake his head "Fleet Admiral this is not good the boy's body is constantly crumbling hi lost so much blood i can only do is apply some medicine and wait for a miracle"
