Whole Cake Island is a New World island under the control of Big Mom, one of the Four Emperors. It is her crew's base of operations and the central island in Big Mom's 35-island archipelago known as Totto Land.
The island is quite large, and until about 62 years ago, it was a regular island with several round hills.
It was renamed to "Whole Cake Island" due to Charlotte Linlin and Streusel working to fulfill the former's dream, which was inherited from Carmel, and its new resemblance to a gathering of frosted cakes are due to the enormous cake buildings constructed there.
Due to the buildings' enormous size, visitors tend to be awed at first sight of the island. Atop the largest central building, the Whole Cake Chateau, there are massive poles shaped like candles, making it look like a birthday cake.
Most buildings appear to be covered in what looks like icing. The interiors of buildings in general look as if they are partly made of icing.
At least the island's southwestern coast is covered in a kind of hardened whipped cream, namely meringue.
"Mom look at the giant cake," Rebecca said while looking at the Cake Island with eyes full of stars.
Even Scarlett was shocked seeing a whole island made of sweets, the mountain is made like a giant Cake.
"This is the Whole Cake Island, the turf of one of the three Yonko, Charlotte Linlin, the captain of the Big Mom Pirate."
"But well you don't need to be nervous, just stay on the ship and wait for me to come back," Xin said.
"Okay, we will stay here and wait for you," Scarlett said.
"Mom I want to taste sweets from that Island," Rebecca said while looking at the island.
"We can, the whole island is the territory of pirates, we don't know if we will suddenly be taken by them," Scarlett said.
"But.." Rebecca sadly looks at the Island, she really wants to come to that dream island and eat lots of sweets.
Xin pat her head and said, "Don't worry, i will get you some sweet later,"
"Realy?" Rebecca's sad face becomes bright hearing Xin's promise.
"Promise," Xin nodded.,
"Okay, I will wait for you here," Rebecca cheerfully said anticipating what kind of sweet Xin will take back.
"Ok I'm going, and if you guys get hungry just eat anything inside of the kitchen, maybe i will come back late at night," Xin then jumped leaving the ship in the middle of the sea.
He then uses the invincible function of the ship to blend to the surrounding, after all, teh whole sea is full of deep water Seaking.
Pekoms and Baron Tamago were confused about why Xin suddenly jumps to their boat, but they just shrug their shoulders because their mission just takes Xin back to Big Mom.
When they arrive they stop by a Pawn Soldiers guarding the duck, Pekoms walk and start to fill up the form that is necessary to enter the island.
Pawn Soldiers is a Chess Soldiers are Totto Land's basic military force, and they serve as soldiers in the Big Mom Pirates.
They consist of white chess piece-themed Homie soldiers, wearing checkered tunics, grey pants, and white gloves and boots. The four lower-ranking chess pieces have card suit-themed shields depending on the chess piece:
"Hmmm, so that's how it is," The Pawn Soldiers reply after taking their account in the logbook.
"My deeply apologize, I just doing my work Sir,"
"It's fine," Baron Tamago casual said.
"It's a bit of a surprise that the checkpoint in duck is pretty tight today," Pekoms said while looking at him.
"The high-rank officer said that theories a special visitor that coming, so we need to tighten our guard to prevent an accident to happen,"
"Okay, that's fine, if this really comes from above then there must be a reason for it," Baron Tamago said.

The sky above the island is sometimes covered by unique purplish and pinkish clouds,it looks like colorful edible cotton candy.
Right now, Xin arrives at the Sweet City near the port, and the Tea Party is going to be held at the Cake Chateau.
Sweet City is the capital of Cake Island, and, by extension, of all Totto Land. The city is situated northwestern to Cake Chateau, roughly in the center of the island. Its structures and buildings are made of edible substances, such as candy or biscuits.
While Cake Chateau was the three-layered massive castle of Big Mom, and the largest cake building found in Sweet City. It had a total of ten floors and dwarfed essentially all the other buildings and landmarks of the island.
It was situated roughly centrally on the island, being surrounded by Sweet City.
"Ok let's go, I'm sure that the Guise of Big Mom already arrives," Baron Tamago said.

Meanwhile, inside of one of the rooms in Cake Chateau, one of the candy soldiers arrives after receiving a special report.
And at this time Bigmom was having her breakfast while listening to the report.
"So he arrives at last?," Big Mom said while eating a whole bunch of cake.
"Yes, Big Mom, he just arrives with Sir. Pekoms and Baron Tamago," The Soldier said.
"Good, start to get ready, i don't want everything i prepare to be waste, call Gellate, let her get ready to see her new husband," Big Mom then waves her hand indicating that he can now leave.
The Candy Soldier politely bowed and ran to inform Gallate leaving Big Mom alone looking outside of the window while hideously grinning.
"Hehehehe~ the youngest Rear Admiral? I will get you inside of my family,"
