Lory awaked from her dream, tears stream down on her face. Her eyes stare at the ceiling even though she does not make a sound the tears keep falling in her eyes. She hates winter season ever since her Father died every time winter season is coming she can't help feel heartache she can't forget the screaming, crying and the heat on her skin it's become another nightmare for her.
Another reason for her insomnia, Lory wiped her tears then she takes a deep breath. She got up from the couch the weather getting colder she wrapped herself tightly with her shawl, she slowly opens the window and she sees the snow falling Lory rest her head to the window frame watching the snow falling to the ground without a sound, the winter coming sooner this year she though.
She remembered her Father's face, that day if she never let him go…if she insist to stay with him could she save him, perhaps she would die with him if that happened her people and subordinated would also die that day. Lory take long exhaled she wondering why it is so hard to die, even until now she never understand why she still alive? What for? So many questions but she had no answered, She raised her hand and the snow melted on her palm lory watch it with an empty look.
Suddenly someone put a fur cloak on her shoulder "What are you doing? You will get cold if you standing here" another hand closes the window in front of her.
"Li Xin?" Lory surprised, she not heard his coming.
Zhao Li Xin not answering her she holds her cold hand "Where is your necklace?" he asking about the amulet she once giving her.
"I left it in the room"

Lory feels like she was holding a heating pack suddenly the warmth from her hands distribute to her body it feels like she soaked her body in a hot tub.
"Warmed enough?" he asked.
Lory nodded "Thank you" she answers.
Zhao Li Xin pour a cup of wine for her "I know you don't like wine, but this will warm your body and the alcohol is not too strong so you must be fine drink it"
Lory smiled softly at him, she sips the wine slowly even though he said the wine is not strong but for her the wine still quite strong but his right her body becomes warmer after he drinks.
"You work is done?" she abruptly asked
"Hm…" he nodded.
And the conversation stops none of them talking, they can hear the sound of wind outside. Lory takes a glimpse of the man who sits next to her because of him she doesn't feel too lonely like before, she leans her head on the couch "Will the competition postpone because of the weather?" Lory suddenly asked with a quiet voice.
"No, they all cultivator a little cold meant nothing for them"
"How convenient…." Lory chuckle.
"You really hate cold huh?"
"I hate winter season"

"It makes me sad….."

"How about we move away to somewhere who don't have winter season"
