Early the next morning, Emily returned to the city apartment, Sanva Apartment.
She had intended to spend more time with Jacob, but she had also heard him say that Darren hadn't made any moves since Bonnie had escaped. This wasn't his style.

"You should definitely try, of course. I think you are pretty enough, and you don't need to make any changes. Do you need me to go with you to the hospital?" Emily asked, intending to support Bonnie. She wanted to accompany Bonnie but was cautious lest Bonnie became suspicious of her over-enthusiasm.

Emily nodded in agreement.
The next day, Bonnie left the apartment early. Emily, who was left with nothing to do at home, suddenly heard a knock on the door. Thinking that it was Bonnie who might have forgotten something at home, Emily opened the door. However, she was surprised to see Estelle standing outside the door. She looked gaunt, and the suitcase in her hand was stained.

"No, that's not what happened. They said that only their director could make the final decision. However, he is on a business trip and may be away for a while. But, given my current financial situation, I can't wait that long." Bonnie flopped down on the couch dejectedly.
Not at all bothered by the embarrassment, Bonnie didn't mind discussing the shameful situation. She had already begun to regard Emily as a family member, so she happily discussed everything quite frankly with her.

Out of the blue, Estelle interrupted, "Is RD Hospital your only choice? Have you considered applying at other hospitals?"
"But the other hospitals are not short staffed at the moment," Bonnie answered frankly since she had no clue about the deal between Estelle and Emily. But before Estelle could say anything more, Emily stood up and invited Estelle to her room.
