Lu Xuechen’s enchantingly handsome face immediately sank as he looked coldly at Lin Jiayu.
Lin Jiayu realized she had said the wrong thing so she swiftly apologized, “Sorry,” surprising Lu Xuechen with her quick response.
Lu Xuechen stared into Lin Jiayu’s pure eyes. They were like the north star on a snowy day; she was so beautiful that one wanted to possess her.
This thought made Lu Xuechen clear his throat a little as he leaned back in his chair. He then said in an unfazed tone, “Some people would honestly do anything to get my attention…”
