Lilith falls quiet at hearing my voice and threat, her expression changes too. Going from a flirtatious face to a neutral one with her eyes showing a deep level of hatred for me. Knowing her place is below me she just stares at me waiting for me to speak.
"I see that it is true, Lucifer truly did escape his prison after all these millennia. How did he do it?" I ask Lilith as I look at the empty throne and since no one else here except the two of us and the hundreds of millions of demanded souls.
"If I knew you think I'd still be here?" Lilith says to me with venom in her voice, I turn back to her with an annoyed face making her flinch slightly as my fire rages around me wanting to consume the first sinner.
"Do not lie again or I will ensure you become one of the trapped in the ice also," I say to her as she glances down at the condemned souls for a split second.
"Lucifer… he somehow found a portal to the mortal realms that opened up. I don't know how long ago, since time has no meaning here as I'm sure you are aware. He has not returned since, he said he'd take me with him… but you can see that was a lie like everything he ever says," Lilith says to me with anger in her voice at my brother's betrayal, though if anyone should have expected a betray you think she'd be the first to see it coming.
"I see your blind stupidity has not changed since the first day you betrayed God's trust," I say to her making her glare at me with deep hatred.
"What realm did he escape into?" I ask Lilith who is still glaring at me with unimaginable hate.
"No idea… One day I woke up from our bed and he was gone. He hasn't returned since, though I know he used a portal because he kept telling me how portals across hell have been opening more frequently at random intervals. So it seems he found one and used it to escape," Lilith says to me before I ask her again how she knows.
'I have more things to worry about than my brother who escaped… I know what I can do,' I think to myself at the headache of him escaping.
"Then I can bring you with me back to the mortal realm. He can hide himself very well as I'm sure you are aware. The catch is, you are to find him and then report back his location to me, and if you succeed. Then I will ask Father to forgive your sins and just maybe you can get out of hell for good. Though I will be placing my mark on you to track you and ensure you do not betray me," I say to Lilith who stares at me with slightly wide eyes hearing my offer but goes quiet for a few seconds.
"...Deal," Lilith says to me after contemplating the offer for a minute.
"Good, give me your hand," I say to her as she stares at me for a few seconds and hesitantly gives me her left hand.
I then pull her closer to me as she begins to give me an extremely nervous look being this close to a seraphim. Without waiting for her to relax I place my other hand on her left shoulder and put my mark on her. Which causes her immense pain, and I could have held back but my fire wanted to burn her, so I indulged it for a split second. My mark as I said will allow me to track her anywhere in the universe, even in other realms like hell. It will also let me know if she betrays me to Lucifer or any other person.
"Fuck!" Lilith says rubber her shoulder which now has the Anglic symbol of wrath, which is my domain. Justice is my subdomain.
"Let's go," I say without waiting for her to adjust herself. As I open a portal right back to where I left Cathy and push Lilith through it as she stumbles onto earth with me right behind her.
"Cathy relax! I'm back," I say to Cathy who is trying to strike Lilith who dodged her last two strikes while smirking at Cathy.
"What?! Akihiko?!" Cathy says to me with a surprised face while Lilith takes a few steps back and places me between her and Cathy.
"Yeah, how long was I gone?" I ask Cathy who relaxes now seeing me, but eyes Lilith with a skeptical gaze.
"Just about two hours, I thought I lost you when the portal closed and you didn't come back. Had no idea what I was gonna say to Rumi, though thank God you're back. But who is this?" Cathy says to me with a happy smile and gives me a quick hug. Before looking back at Lilith who is eyeing Cathy like a piece of meat.
"The whore of Lucifer, Lilith. She is under my contract and will not do anything stupid, as I will know right away and make sure she suffers for it. I brought her back to look for my brother seems he has escaped and I have other things to do than to search the whole globe for my brother," I say to Cathy who looks at Lilith with a surprised expression, while Lilith shoots me a glare for calling her a whore once again.
"Should I be worried that the devil has left hell?" Cathy says to me realizing that my brother escaped here possibly.
"Yes, you should. Fucking mortals are just as stupid since I've last met them," Lilith says while giving Cathy an eye roll and walking past us to the outside.
"Unfortunately I have to agree with Lilith. With my brother gone, it can lead to many different but equally terrible outcomes. One of them is an open war between heaven and hell which hasn't happened since his fall. This would lead to the end of all creation since the mortal realms couldn't handle the war," I say to Cathy as I go back to my mortal form and follow after Lilith. Cathy pauses hearing me but quickly follows behind me with a deep worry on her face.
"Is there anything I can do to help?" Cathy says as we step outside with Lilith who is looking around at the Earth with a face of tranquility since she hasn't left hell ever since her betrayal.
"Not much other than ensuring Lilith isn't interrupted in her search here, I will call my connection too, and try to get some people to keep an eye out for my brother. He will hide his true form, taking the form of his old self while the demon form is skin deep," I say to Cathy as Lilith comes out of her happy state to nod along with me.
"Yeah, he will have black hair, deep brown eyes, be taller than average, and be extremely handsome… much like his brother. Plus he would be doing anything to enjoy his time away from hell, so partying, fucking, drinking, and anything he can to enjoy himself," Lilith says to Cathy while smirking at me, flirting with me slightly at the same time. I just sigh at her attempt to seduce me once again.
"So a rich playboy…" Cathy says while nodding her head at Lilith's guess about Lucifer's current happenings.
"Well, I'm gonna head home. Cathy you can come to visit anytime, though with this happening could you help Lilith accustom herself here," I say to them as Lilith goes back to smiling to herself as the sunrises over the horizon.
"Yeah, once I get her settled I will head over to visit," Cathy says while looking at Lilith who is enjoying herself. I nod my head before turning back to my angelic form and flying back home to Rumi and Eri.
Once I fly back home, it is the middle of the night. I turn back to my mortal form and climb into my bed. I replace the pillow Rumi was snuggling in my absence as she moves closers to me in her sleep subconsciously rubbering her face against my chest. I quickly fall asleep as I've stayed awake for the last several days in my mortal form. I woke up the next day with Rumi straddling me and hugging me closely.
"Morning," I say to her as she looks up at me with a smile and gives me a passionate kiss.

After another week of relaxing with my family and spending time with them, Cathy told me she'd visit another time. Since she decided to go with Lilith to search for Lucifer, they have nothing yet, but there is a lot of ground to cover. Once I dropped Eri off with Rumi, I headed to U.A. while Rumi went to patrol our city. Arriving in the teachers' lounge thirty minutes before the day started like usual, I caught up with my friends. Shota told us what happened to his class on their government-assigned project down south. Apparently, the peaceful town wasn't so peaceful with the kids having to actually do hero work halfway through their time there.
"Well hey, guys! Long time no see! You miss me?!" Yu Takeyama says as she enters the teachers' lounge surprising us all except for Shota who seemed to be excepting her.
"Forgot to mention, but Yu is here to help teach the kids how to do interviews. As Shoto and Bakugo messed up the one they were in right after getting their provisional licenses," Shota says to us while Hizashi and I nod our heads, Nemuri got up to hug Yu since they are friends along with Rumi who isn't here right now obviously.
"Oh, can I be one of the interviewers?!" Nemuri asks since she has some free time today.
"Sure why not," Shota says with a tired yawn.
"No, definitely not you," Shota says while his scarf covers Hizashi's mouth and everyone just smirks at Hizashi's defeated sigh.
"Though All Might will be there too, to give some pointers," Shota says to us and we all nod since my Uncle has the most experience with interviews except for Yu who loves attention.
"Do I really have to come too?" I ask as the four of us walk to Shota's classroom.
"Why not, you have anything better to do today?" Nemuri says to me with a knowing smirk while the other two just chuckle.
"Fuck, this is gonna be a long day," I say while sighing and giving up, following them all to the classroom.
"Quite everyone!" Shota says after entering the classroom with the three of us standing in the back silently. Some of the class like Midoriya are mumbling about Yu, who is known as Mt. Lady.
"We have a special guest today, as I'm sure you are all aware of. Today we are going to be learning how to do proper interviews," Shota says to the class who has quieted down after he yelled at them.
