Inside her room, Yvonne sat at her usual spot which was at the cozy seat next to the window.

This had become the place she would often sit whenever she had something on her mind.

The view of the large trees and the clear pond always soothed her anxious mind.

Right now, her mind was trying to comprehend why things had started to stray away from the original plot that she had read.

'It doesn't matter that I am meeting new people who were never mentioned in the story.' She thought of the Tanners whose family name was never mentioned even once.

'But why did the people who were mentioned in it change?' Her lips bent to form a frown on her face.

The Governess who had taught the three girls in the story should have already been personally appointed by King Ophire and their classes should have begun last week.

This Governess played a semi-important role in Princess Felicia's and Glenisse Brodie's personality development.

That was because the two girls were often jilted by one parent while the other coddled them with love and affection.

Princess Felicia's father, King Ophire adored her yet his wife, Queen Zena, always kept her at a distance while showering all her love on Prince Friten.

The exact opposite was the case with Glennise.

Her mother treated her as the apple of her eye while her father always felt that she was worthless just because of her gender.

He needed a male heir to inherit his title and that was something Glennise could never achieve.

No matter how much one parent loved the child, if the other parent did not show their love then the child would feel that they were the ones at fault.

This was where their tutor's role was given significance.

Governess Bloom, the 68 year old lady who had been King Ophire's and Grand Duke Roschester's nanny had taken upon herself to tutor and guide these little girls.

She was the one who taught them that their worth was what they believed it was and not what other people expected them to be.

Yvonne thought of how there was no sad background mentioned for her character in the story.

'Yvonne's family circumstances weren't given much importance which only meant that even in the story, Raylene and Rutherford were good parents to her.' She smiled when she thought of the two love-struck fools she called her parents.

But then she cringed when she realized that they should be attending to their adult needs right now.

Shaking those nauseating thoughts away from her mind, Yvonne concentrated on the importance of the lady in the two young girl's lives.

"She is a vital character who molds their personalities so why exactly did that person's responsibility fall on Marquess Samed instead?" She murmured while rubbing her chin.

"The old lady's death was one of the reasons why they had acted up in their later years which earned them the title of 'Villainess' in the first place." She shook her head when she thought of this matter.

Of course, she did not forget how the 'Yvonne' from the story was the Evil Mastermind who always came up with the vicious plans to support her friends in whatever they desired to achieve.

'But I must say… Half those plans were flawed. No wonder, Prince Fritzen and Hilda always won against the three girls.' She rolled her eyes and glanced out of the window.

'They also had the helping hand of the almighty second male lead who saved them every time.' She scoffed while thinking of Draco Roschester, Fritzen's paternal uncle.

Her anger rose when she thought of the cheating husband that this body was destined to marry and she was visibly appalled.

Removing all thoughts about him from her mind, she hit her forehead because she had deviated from the main issue that needed her attention at the moment.

Recalling all the events that happened after she reached the capital, Yvonne was sure that she had done nothing wrong to affect the story.

She had not left the house except for the trip to the commercial district and the tea party today which meant that she had not caused this change in any way whatsoever.

"If it isn't me… Then who exactly is bringing about these shifts and will this affect the future on a large scale?" She gasped and this thought made her frown deepen.

She was in hopes of depending on the trends that would be followed in the future to strengthen the business empire she was in plans of setting up.

However, that plan would be disrupted if these small changes caused a chain reaction and impacted on her future in the long run.

Grandpa Leo had drilled it into her mind that the long term benefits should always outweigh the short term ones.

So she had already prepared a list of businesses that would be famous in the future in order that she might get a headstart on it.

'I need to intricately research the market before I take any further step in this regard.' She concluded and then jotted it down in a little note pad.

She had already intended to ask Marquess Samed for an explanation about this Royal Tutor situation once he arrives on Monday for their history class.

Now, all that was left for her to do was complete these test sheets that he would grade during their next class.

Concentrating on the study materials placed before her, she discarded all other thoughts from her mind and began writing down the answers on a blank sheet of paper.

______

The little white bird who had been following after the black carriage for a long time was now hovering in the same spot with no particular direction to head in.

"Where did they disappear to?" Theo tried to look around but found no human soul around him.

He had been following the black carriage at a distance when he saw them head towards the path which was covered by huge thorny trees on both sides.

The trees joined together at the center of the pathway which made it look like a long and scary archway.

Not wanting to fly through this dark tunnel made of trees, he decided to just fly above them and wait for the carriage on the other side of the tunnel.

However, even after waiting for a long time, the carriage never emerged from it.

Suppressing his fear of darkness, Theo ventured into the dark path and found it completely empty.

He flew to the starting point and then to the end a couple of times but could not locate the carriage anywhere.

Chirping in a hostile manner, Theo decided to speak to his master about this suspicious movement.

Remembering the time limit that Asmodeus had set for this mission, Theo decided to head back to their realm and give him the report of everything he had discovered at Duke Tanner's estate.

"Master will be happy with the information I found!" He flew in circles a couple of times before his entire body disappeared from the sky.

___

Unaware that he had just pissed off an ancient sentient being, Damien got down from his carriage when he reached his destination.

Steeling himself for the lecture that he would have to endure very soon, he took a deep breath in and then walked towards the entrance of his house.

'Hope he isn't too angry today.' He prayed as he stepped through the large wooden door.
