Noah zoomed across the streets of a certain area in the Dragon's claw city, without much care.

His current speed, although really draining in terms of essence consumption, was simply to quick for even tier 3's to follow.

However, the yellow streak which were actually reminants of the essence that allowed him move that fast, could be clearly sighted.

News of the strange sightings spread across that districts residents like wild fire. The fast yellow streak only few could even sight, became a sort of news, but nothing more.

Most didn't even believe, further reducing it to nothing more than a rumour.

Having always noticed the tendrils of electrical energy he emitted while running, Noah had performed multiple tests during his travel to see whether he could stop the only thing that made his quick movement obvious.

Unfortunately that required a deeper understanding of the speed force which he didn't have currently.

Noah felt utterly lost in trying to comprehend the speed force as a whole. He gained what felt like the general idea of that energy, but something deep within him told him that there was far more.

Where to start he genuinely didn't know. There weren't any guide for that topic provided to him, at least as of current. He hoped such would be available to him in the time to come.

Temporarily moving away from that topic, we move to Noah's current position.

From the maps illustration, the head branch of the Divine Lightning guild was located in a district called Guio.

The district or area, or whatever the people of Cregar termed it, was surrounded by a wide river, but out of that river emerged multiple large curved and pointy rocks, almost like a makeshift cage.

The veiw from the empty land area elevated a few 50 feets allowed him witness that strange scene well.

Truth be told, Noah viewed the whole city as a state, he found it hard to see the entire place only as a city.

But seeing as the people of Creagar didn't divided such large populated land areas into such; instead opting to come together as a nation, he could only settle for that.

The town of sorts which laid before him didn't have any walls, but the multiple bridges connecting it to the land around it allowed for certified existences to stand guard.

Waves of people poured in and out of that special environment. The district felt like a city of its own, but its acritecture remained smililar to the others.

On his way there, Noah had encountered mostly flat lands, filled of course with hundreds of populated buildings.

He didn't have the time or rather didn't want to spend time admiring the beauty of the city.

With the large wall that showed the end of that city in the distance, Noah kept getting reminded of his reason for being there.

A sigh eventually escaped Noah's mouth while he continued to gaze at the sparkling blue water in the distance.

A soft breeze blew upon his face sending his pure white hair flying everywhere, but he didn't bother to straighten them

The sun above him tried its best to penetrate the seemingly cool layer constantly surrounding Noah's body but failed miserably.

The way down that relatively high place was rocky. He could perform a simple sprint and be over with it, but didn't.

Instead he took his time walking his way down, even if there remained a clear path only a few hundred meters from his position.

Halfway down the elevation, Noah seemed to snap out of a daze, as he straightened his position to sweep his gaze on his surroundings.

'What the heck am I doing,' he wondered in genuine confusion. A frown appeared on his while he reviewed his memory, and found nothing odd, yet why was he struggling his way down that place, instead of just running.

Noah stayed put for a few tens of seconds until he managed to make sense of his situation. At this point his figure had begun to recieve stares from those above and below him.

'I guess this is what the system meant,' Noah sighed. Something seemed to have taken over him during his time watching that district from above.

His weird behavior had been triggered due to the hesitation and nervousness brewing within him, and his mind found walking down the rocky terrain the best way to stall.

'Nothing happened during my time with the cultivators two days ago, why now,' he wondered, finding a good spot to stand without having to crouch.

A tiny portion of essence flowed out of his barely half-filled core to wash over his body, Noah disappeared from that spot after that event.

His figure produced no yellow streak due to the Incredibly low amount of essence used.

His figure flickered over 36 ft below his former position; which at this point the flat ground.

That event certainly caught attention, but in a world filled with monsters able to level cities even as big as the entirety of the Dragons claw city, Noah's feat remained only amusing, even if their eyes wasn't able to follow his movement.

Notwithstanding, some tried to walk up to the suprisingly Incredibly good looking guy, but he had vanished again.

Noah arrived in front of the river surrounding that district. His hand slid down the obsidian black rock hundreds of meters high, and tens of meters wide.

That curved stone seemed to offset something inside of him since Noah blinked mulitiple times.

'Very troublesome!' He exclaimed inwardly.

Eventually leaving that site, Noah proceeded to walk up to the line into the district.

Not being a private body, there weren't any need for ID's.

Experiencing multiple short bouts of confusion and lack of focus, Noah confirmed that the reason for the sudden event was due to the nervousness he felt.

It seemed having two active personalities within his mind caused for a clash of ideas. With both sides losing to each other, his body simply moved on Instincts.

Anything that so much as tickled his curiosity would gain his full attention, almost literally pulling him towards it.

To deal with this Noah had to practice the breathing technique he utilized for his energy core cultivation. His senses calmed down and he eventually passed the security inspection. A rowdy one it was.

During his time on that queue, Noah had the full attention of his surroundings.

Men clicked their tongues at him, women muttered with short giggles and glances, while the tamed magical beasts steered away from him.

Now that he thought to it, his time waiting on lines were usually like this, only this one being filed with much powerful existences.

A bit of asking was all Noah needed to get himself in the right direction towards the guild branch. Most replied him simply because of his looks, while others due to the respect they had for his aura-less power.

The bouts of confusion experienced an exponential increase now that his goal remained only a few kilometers from him.

The breathing technique worked, but only a bit; as thoughts on what exactly he would say when he arrived there filled his mind.

Truth be told he remained clueless on what to do. He planned to show whoever would attend to him, the box given to him by Melissa, who's identity he still fully didn't know.

The approach could work, but questions he didn't desire to answer would eventually be asked, and even worse he could have to confront her again if they desired to cross-check his identity

But changes that happened during his almost four months on Creagar had been to much. She wouldn't even recognize him since he had gone from looking close to killer, to downright breath-taking.

A series of battles continued within Noah's mind on his walk towards the place described to him by the really friendly residers of that district.

However, all conflicting thoughts vanished from Noah's mind when he arrived in front of a tiny, run-down looking building.
