A staff member gave a call to the team of directors and asked, “Should we head to the house, or to where the camera crew is first?”
“Come over,” the director decided frankly.
So, with its headlights on, everyone watched as the off-road vehicle slowly drove into the courtyard where the program staff was currently staying.
Once the car doors opened, A-Da and Little Lin headed down first to help with the luggage.
A few guests craned their necks curiously.
“He’s really here?”
Bai Qi, who resembled a polar bear due to how tightly he was wrapped, slowly walked into the hall.
“Are the cameras on?”
“Nope. We’ll continue filming in a bit.”
“Mn.”
After hearing the voices, everyone in the room stood up in unison.
Bai Qi: ?
Bai Qi blinked and said in a soft voice, “Mn… Xi Chengyun is still busy.”
It was then that the guests realized, this should be the other main character in Xi Chengyun’s scandal.
“Hello and welcome! Is Xi-laoshi’s flight tomorrow morning?” The team of directors wasn’t sure about Xi Chengyun’s significant other’s identity, and whether they had a good relationship. So, right off the bat, the directors acted more diligently. Nothing could go wrong with that!
The heater was on. So, Bai Qi took off his scarf as he continued walking into the hall.
The same thought appeared in everyone’s minds.

Bai Qi smacked his lips lightly, he thought, celebrities are such interesting beings.
They were so pleasing to the eyes too.
He pursed his lips and gave a light smile. “Okay,” he answered politely, then went over and sat down.
The program staff took the initiative to take care of him, quickly introducing him to the rest of the guests.
Aside from actor Zhou Yanfeng and actress Fu Chunying, the other couple was Wu Jun and Yang Yiru.
Wu Jun is an upcoming hotshot in the business sector and Yang Yiru is a female celebrity.
Wu Jun had called it a day and went to bed, so Yang Yiru was the only one there.
Yang Yiru is 35 this year. She wears her age well and is still a beauty.
Bai Qi made the first move and reached out to Yang Yiru, shaking her hand. “I’ve watched a drama series you were in. Your acting as Ling Xiangjun was truly memorable.”
After Bai Qi said that, she was stunned for a moment.
Ling Xiangjun was the first role Yang Yiru had played when she first debuted, she was antagonist No.4 in the drama.
Back then, she was filled with dreams and had a heart full of enthusiasm. She had put her all into the small role she had, channeling all emotions and acting skills for that role. With that being said, that drama was from quite some time back, so the media and fans tend to forget about that role.
Yang Yiru smiled. “I appreciate your love for the role.”

Fu Chunying was smiling as she said, “Bai Qi, right? Bai Qi, no need to feel awkward or nervous. There’s also another gay couple in this show besides you and Xi-laoshi.”
Fu Chunying turned and nodded in the direction of a man who was slumped on another sofa.
He was a pale man, dressed in a khaki sweater. He managed to get himself up from his previous sitting position and shot a quick nod at Bai Qi.
Bai Qi knew who he was.
The man’s visuals were pleasing to the eye and he was also very charismatic on stage.
He was Qiu Sichuan, a fellow idol trainee of the same batch as Zhou Qiyuan. He almost debuted back then, but because of the shady activities within the production of that season, he was shoved out of the top member’s list. The top member’s list consisted of members who would form the new group.
“Can I get your signature after this?” Bai Qi asked softly.
Qiu Sichuan froze for a second. “Wait, you’re asking me for my signature?”

Mu Dong’s younger sister really liked him back then!
A smile appeared on Qiu Sichuan’s pale face, his face suddenly seemed much livelier than before.

Initially, he was worried that Bai Qi wouldn’t be able to adapt to being under the camera, even more so in a place with so many strangers. Yet, he was like a duck to water, he was a natural at it!
